  Thank you Dale Palma for doing a great job at the  Edward G Connolly Center - Everett, MA -  The Council on Aging at 90 Chelsea Street Everett, MA 02149 does an excellent job of keeping the peace, making an  environment where I've sat with friends and people I do not know, having a great time at the parties there.   Quiet Enjoyment:  We have never had real Quiet Enjoyment at Whittier Drive.  Now they are banging on the rooftops.
