Dilapidated Front Steps, DiPierro/Daniel/Kergo Depraved Indifference You've seen the disgracefully dangerous front steps at 393 Ferry St. at EHA, haven't you? Everett Housing Authority? These photos on McKinley with this very scary telephone pole to nowhere, 6:45 pm tonight March 30, 2026 Monday / photos Joe V.  this second pole on McKinley/Whittier is the one in the most trouble but look at the one before it (photo 2) closer to Rte 99 adjacent to the Dunkin Donuts parking lot.     Photo 3 is of Pole #2 from Whittier  Here's a photo of poles 2 and 3 going up McKinley both in distress.  The third pole is worse than it looks here. Main pole that's in trouble up close Next photo down is the new pole constructed last week, March 25-27 or so   foundation for new pole. Some tenants are having heat related issues such as, swelling of limbs and difficulty breathing issues. Tenants are visiting the emergency rooms from heat exhaustion and no one from the office is reporting it to the state nor are they advocating to help its tenants be comfortable in their own units during the summer months.  The office where the director and associates work are so cold they leave the office with light jackets and even sweaters.  Tenants have been known to sleep in the penthouse from the unbearable heat at night. It was approved by the office and there is live video footage, to sustain is claim. Tenants can’t even cook from the heat and if they do, it’s been known to get above 110° in each unit.  https://www.facebook.com/reel/1983217262233581   Littier Drive instead of Nicole DiPierro's version of a third world country.   Cardboard was there since the snow but was finally picked up today.   Whittier Drive ...hey, they finally picked up the cardboard 10:45 am 3/30/26 this morning and they are cleaning the litter up.    The maintenance guy picking up today is a professional and very polite to everyone.   As I told maintenance, the problem is upstairs with Nicole and Jean Daniel Housing Coordinator.   Steve Pinto No daily cleaning person to check out the grounds and pick up? Trash blows everywhere e specially on pickup days. In the 4 years that I have lived here it is clear that MVES is not active in the community as it should be.  They are very angry with me for asking you to have PACE or another agency bid on helping we seniors out.  21 Whittier is hostile with a vicious woman Sharon making puzzles and intimidating at least four other women, L, S, J and R.
