  What's interesting is that there is little transparency with the Everett Chamber of Commerce, Medford Chamber of Commerce, name the city or town.   If a mayor of 18 years truly loved the city of Everett he would have resigned a decade ago. However, the horrid headlines about alleged corruption and an ex mayor begging for $5,000.00 checks for his alleged "legal defense fund" is an embarrassment to the rate-payers, the tax payers, the handicapped members of the elder community.  The optics were bad when Carlo spent so much money on the election to nowhere 2025 - (triple what he allegedly owes) and lost in Spectacular Fashion.  IN Wintrhop the TV station had a great president, but because of past situations they created term limits at WCAT Winthrop.  They removed a president they were comfortable with to keep to the term limits. The Curse of Cousin Carlo DeMaria in Everett, MA and his troubling, crooked cousins Anthony and Nicole should be a lesson to Everett taxpayers, rate-payers, school kids and the general public.
