September 1, when new Executive Director Jim Holt

takes over, there needs to be welcoming changes at

Housing and Whittier Drive, as His Honor promised us

in October of 2025 at your campaign party at Whittier.

120 Apartments and it is Reprobate Central at 8/7/2016 Coffee Hour 

Evidence that Nicole DiPierro, Jean Daniel, Fran La Rovere III,

Brian Arrington and Mystic Valley Aging's Shelby Perrault are

the problem and need a good "sea change" of new faces.

It's called crop rotation.  It benefits our food, and in terms

of senior health and longevity, it can benefit the elder community.

At Coffee Hour this morning, predator Angel Roman

who threatened to shoot Zeus the dog in the head May 13,

and was arrested for Disturbing the Peace July 15, 2026,

walks in, with a big hello from troublemaker Bill Penney.

Penney, who committed perjury in May in Woburn Court,

claiming under oath his self-crafted fiction that I met my

significant other in a jacuzzi? (my best friend lifts weights,

he's never been in the jacuzzi; why is my private life so

important to a puzzle maker with no private life?) ...

Poor Joanne Hxxxxx is all alone at the table in the cold

air-conditioning.  A tenant left as Joanne tends to alienate

people and is often found sitting alone .... IF room coordinator

Perrault had more people in the room Ms.  Hxxxxx might have

someone to talk to.  Shelby, actually, had an obligation to 

sith with the tenant Joanne, but Shelby was nowhere to be

found.

Truly, the Coffee Hour from Hell.

Speaking of hell, had to get the hell out of there,

as on the bench in front of Whittier the dangerously

violent Crazy Charlie said "Hello" to me, but discretion

being the better part of valor, I kept quiet and went

home.   The phrase means it is wiser to be careful and avoid danger 

than to act brave and take foolish risks.

Charlie was handcuffed by the police and sent to the psych ward

of Whidden Hospital.  I have a picture!!!  Ms. Perrault fawns all over him. 

Truly, the guy needs to be institutionalized, and I say that with all respect.

He's an incapacitated veteran and should be treated with kindness,

but not endangering 120 apartments while Charlie is banned from multiple

stores on Route 99 who consider him a danger.  Another Jean Daniel

fiasco from Housing.  Mr. Daniel, by the way, loves Angel Roman,

the fellow alleging that he has a gun and wants to kill people.

That's Perjuring Pastor Daniel's delight, an arrested reprobate

60 years of age who wants to kill tenants and their doggy.

Carlo DeMaria lost the election, new flash?  Why is his puppet

Jean Daniel and both his cousins still here?  They provide 

nothing of substance for this community other than their hate.

Shelby, I wanted to ask you two things today

1)When is piano coming back

2)How to bring more people into Coffee Hour

but here was today's situation

Joanne Hanson was sitting alone in a very cold room

She said she liked the air conditioning

Angel Roman comes in and perjurer Bill Penney

gives Roman a big "Hello Buddy"    When the only

person talking to Billy is someone arrested for 

disturbing the peace, Houston, there's a problem

I leave, and Charlie Censullo tries to say Hello

I do the sane thing and do not reply and go back to my apartment.
Hard for me to walk to 21 Whittier, so that effort was for naught.

We went from no coffee hour last week

to the Coffee Hour from hell....Charlie handcuffed

fof the psych ward, Angel handcuffed for threatening

to kill a tenant and kill a dog, Billy Penney the perjuring

puzzlemaker...hunched over on his mission to do 1,000 puzzles

Not a very welcoming area for 120 apartments of seniors

Coffee Hour is serving the community like BBB  Bob Bailot Bingo

Who do we hold responsible for this debacle?  This public

safety hazard?

3B Whittier had an illegal gambling casino when I moved in

---the tenant had a hat in the door so 3 Whitter was open to the public

---the tenant is accused of being a Fentanyl dealer

---on speaker phone he threatened to beat up Bob Bailot and his son behind Dunkin’ Donuts yelling violence into a phone  April 2022 to about October of 2022.

 

Dunkin’ Donuts:  Do they have a restraining order on Charlie?  If so, why does Shelby Perrault expose our community to an allegedly dangerous person?

 

3B Whittier: the son and daughter-in-law of a dying tenant on or about 1/15/26 beat up a man after they hijacked his parking space.  Trial in August 2026  The man was a friend of the mother who lived downstairs. The couple was never seen there when she was alive.

 

3B Whittier: An individual moves in May 1, and threatens to shoot a dog on May 13, 2026.   Housing Coordinator Jean Daniel loves the guy for terrorizing a tenant on the second floor.  Jim Holt, are you listening?
