Housing's Failure at Whittier Drive.

Housing's Failure at Whittier Drive. There is a new tenant, he told me that Carlo DeMaria got him the apartment. How does that happen? Allegedly he threatened to kill a dog here around May 13, 2026. Mike, the nice police officer, was here today and reminded him that he already had one complaint on him. The guy says he cannot be arrested because he is a veteran, and he admits he's "crazy." Do people allegedly leap over the waiting list because they know Carlo DeMaria, which this fellow alleges. Neighbors are already buzzing because of the dog incident. One neighbor made the "loco" sign multiple times, pointing to her head, and said the word Loco. Thank you, Carlo DeMaria for putting an alleged psycho on Whittier Drive when the late BB Sr, and Crazy Charlie are already disrupting life and Quiet Enjoyment. Housing is irresponsible and our new mayor has promised changes at Housing and safety here at Whittier Drive. Under the current Executive Director (Interim...

o: Ward III City Councilor Anthony DiPierro       City Hall    Everett, Massachusetts An Open Letter to a  City Councilor On May 27, 2026 your cousin, ex mayor Carlo DeMaria is staring at an ethics commission complaint.  More egregious than Medford ex mayor McGlynn who found himself - suddenly - not the mayor anymore, Mr. DeMaria's spectacular fall appears to be writing your own political epitataph, and not in a positive way.   On May 28 in Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn as I was grilling the Housing Coordinator, Jean Daniel, and lies poured fourth from his mouth, under oath, a woman seemed to be  cackling with a laugh in the back of the room.  The only woman I knew of in back was your aunt. I will be getting the tapes of the hearing with all the lies from a  tenant at Whittier and Mr. Daniel, and even lies from the attorney, Francis La Rovere who, incredibly, denied that we had spoken in Malden District Court in June of ...

Carlo DeMaria, Captain of the Political Titanic, at Waterloo?

The DeMaria / DiPierro Connection, all going down at the same time. "Waterloo" most commonly refers to the famous 1815 Battle of Napoleon's defeat Carlo "Bonaparte" DeMaria is all done.  The ethics commission Zoom meeting had DeMaria's attorney looking for delay tactics      Gerry D’Ambrosio, DeMaria’s lawyer, said the fund was needed to help defray future legal expenses and suggested any allegations against the former mayor were politically motivated.  The lady doth protesteth too much, methinks. https://www.wgbh.org/news/local/2026-04-07/former-everett-mayor-demaria-faces-state-ethics-probe  " The lady doth protest too much, methinks " is a line from the play Hamlet by William Shakespeare . It is spoken by Queen Gertrude in response to the insincere overacting of a character in the play within a play created by Prince Hamlet to elicit evidence of his uncle's guilt in the murder of his father, the King of Denmark.   The Carlo malfeasan...

The Council on Aging has set up a lunch  June 4 at Whittier Drive for 11:30 am   Dear Friends, the great people at the Council on Aging asked me to put some flyers around for the June 4th Event at Whittier Drive  In the community room Different languages on the flyer, which I've asked Mystic Valley Elder Services to do repeatedly and they've yet to address ALL the tenants, so Coffee Hour has become a ghost town.   The Council on Aging has set up a lunch June 4 at Whittier Drive for 11:30 am I applaud the Council on Aging for thinking about all the tenants. Handed out a flyer to people I've never met before on Whittier and they seemed excited about the event. Word of Mouith and helping our community come together, a new change is in the air with this Wonderful New Mayor, Rob Van Campen He may show up as well, rumor has it. https://informationcentraleverett.blogspot.com/2026/05/the-council-on-aging-has-set-up-lunch.html  https://cityofeverett.com/city-...
