An Open Letter to a  City Councilor

On May 27, 2026 your cousin, ex mayor Carlo DeMaria is staring at

an ethics commission complaint.  More egregious than Medford ex mayor

McGlynn who found himself - suddenly - not the mayor anymore,

Mr. DeMaria's spectacular fall appears to be writing your own political

epitataph, and not in a positive way.

 

On May 28 in Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn as I was grilling

the Housing Coordinator, Jean Daniel, and lies poured fourth from

his mouth, under oath, a woman seemed to be  cackling with a laugh in

the back of the room.  The only woman I knew of in back was your

aunt.

I will be getting the tapes of the hearing with all the lies from a 

tenant at Whittier and Mr. Daniel, and even lies from the attorney,

Francis La Rovere who, incredibly, denied that we had spoken in

Malden District Court in June of 2024 when I had a restraining order

on your good friend, the late Robert L. Bailot, Sr. 

A complaint is being investigated in Boston, I filed on 2/14/25 after

giving Everett Housing Authority a chance and not suing in June of 2024.

You see, I am the original plaintiff.

According to A.I.: "Perjury (the willful act of lying under oath) 

is broadly considered a Crime Involving Moral Turpitude (CIMT) 

because it inherently involves dishonesty, fraud, 

and a deliberate intent to obstruct justice or deceive the court

Multiple government agencies are being advised of your

aunty's misconduct at Housing and in a court of law, 

in open court on May 28, 2026, the day after her cousin,

Carlo DeMaria, is facing his Waterloo AT the Ethic's Commission.

Your aunty requested a restraining order on a handicapped old man

for this fellow taking photos of broken steps at Housing, Feb 2026,

March 2026.  Taking the 46th and 47th rent checks to 393 Ferry St

(of 49 checks thus far) the maniacal Housing Supervisor, now

Interim Executive Director, claimed she was being stalked.  

  

And she wrote it under oath! 

 

Wow.

 

By the way, the steps only got repaired because of my photos,

helping the seniors in this city, which is - in part - your obligation,

not mine.    

Your aunty requested, falsely, a restraining order, moral turpitude!

She lied about a man with a twice-broken arm!

and 4-5 hours later I was in surgery

at Mass General and congestive heart failure, allegedly caused

by your aunt's misconduct (a theory of one of the cardiologists.)

Your aunt abuses elders the way that you have displayed 

pure hate at our African American brothers and sisters.   And you

had to resign because of it.  You are a black eye on the city

council and need to follow Wayne Mathewsky's resignation

at the council last week.

Your aunt requested a restraining order, arguably the first

time in history, for someone AVOIDING her high school reunion

at the Kowloon.  Wow, she wants a man restrained because he

refused to go to her reunion because she might show up.

I love the Kowloon, but this woman stalking me, your aunt,

has some obsession with me.  Please tell her I like guys,

and with 2 marriage proposals in 3 years, there is no room

for her on my dance card.

Your aunt accepted what I estimate is $50.00 or $100.00 in

vinyl record albums.  She said she wanted to "dance with

my daughter" to the albums.

1)I didn't know she had a daughter until she brought it up,

Anti-corruption has never bothered Cousin Carlo, nor you,

thus the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Your aunty is the proverbial "wolf in the hen house."  Her

laughter-blurt in court during her Perjury Convention with

3 other witnesses (including my own ex care provider, talk

about an ethical breach.  I've already initiated the complaint

on Shelby, and if you know Delores Ross at Housing, ask 

her how effective I was in Medford in regards to exposing

the police, the police chief, the mayor and the city council.

This is me in political retirement, Anthony, but if the heart is

strong enough - I intend to run against you.

When I moved in to my apartment there was squalor in the

back hall.  A mess.  It took me years of complaining until

Housing started fixing things up, Maintenance denied me

until I repeatedly asked, cleaning up the back hall, fixing

the lighting, even fixing a window shade, your aunty just

raises my rent, I allege in inappropriate fashion, calls me

names, and refuses a handicapped senior what other

residents receive.

 

She seems as fixated on me as she is jealous of me.

A 45 year old fellow proposed marriage to me.  Nice guy,

and great at hugging, but not on my wavelength. He promised

we would "grow old together," so I asked him if he knew my

age.  I'm already there, buddy, I was 70.  It was triggering memories

of an old girlfriend who attempted to force me to marry her.

It's nice that younger men like me, and that they are all handsome

is a plus, great looks that you've never seen look back from your

mirror, but I digress.   So why is your aunty so fixated on a

popular guy who has a nice life which improves as soon as

the DiPierro and DeMaria family is forced out of Everett.

You see, Anthony, I am not an anomaly, I'm the rule, not the

exception, and your cousin Carlo's spectacular fall in this

city, losing to a candidate with what, 70K vs Carlo's 670K

I believe.   Total destruction of DeMaria.

Everyone in Everett succeeds once the DiPierro/DeMaria cabal

is extinguished politically.   So follow Mr. Matewsky and get

thee hence, Satan.
