  2 People at Coffee Hour 6/26/26, Whittier Drive,  Mystic Valley Elder is NOT serving the Community The Council on Aging or Neighorhood PACE need to get to bid on the right to serve 21 Whittier Drive, the Community Room. Tenants at Whittier arenot being servied by Mystic Valley Elder Services. 6/19/26 a tenant, Jimmy, and I waited for Coffee Hour.  No warning from the room coordinator, Shelby Perrault, no coffee hour that Perrault advertises last Friday. This kind of deficient behavior is a slap in the face to the elder community. Today there was Bob and myself, two people yet I hear that the Council on Aging had a packed Bar B Cue on Thursday (this writer flat on my back from horrid allergies, no way I could attend 2/25/26.)  Dale Palma at the Council on Aging needs to be commended. 90 Chelsea St. Neighborhood PACE has people day after day getting fed lunch over at St. Therese 801 Broadway These two places are vibrant.  I attended St. Therese on Tuesday, June ...

  the residents are hoping that the reprobate marries Delores Ross of Housing and that they both get booted.  Now that would be a marriage made in hell, Carlo.  Public Safety?   Update 10:44 am 6/16/26 You may have heard that there is intensified police activity at Whittier Dr as of June 4. The community is up in arms with reports to the police and the mayor's office from multiple seniors. A fellow who calls himself Carlo DeMaria's "chef" moved in May 1 and has caused quite a ruckus, which I attribute to the Housing Coordinator, Jean Daniel, and DeMaria's cousin and interim Housing Executive Director Nicole DiPierro. He claims that Carlo DeMaria "got him" the apartment, which allegedly means jumping over the long waiting list. May 13 the police arrived because he threatened to shoot a couple's dog. A family pet.
