Littier Drive instead of Nicole DiPierro's version of a third world country.  Cardboard was there since the snow but was finally picked up today.  Whittier Drive ...hey, they finally picked up the cardboard 10:45 am 3/30/26 this morning and they are cleaning the litter up.   The maintenance guy picking up today is a professional and very polite to everyone.  As I told maintenance, the problem is upstairs with Nicole and Jean Daniel Housing Coordinator.

No daily cleaning person to check out the grounds and pick up? Trash blows everywhere e specially on pickup days. Someone needs to tour the grounds on a daily basis.

Steve Pinto This video has 200 hits already (it is on multiple sites) they doubled my rent, and won't hear a grievance, but they are letting me recertify. Do you know how much paperwork that is for a disabled person? Very nice maintenance guy finally came by today, but that cardboard was there since the snow dissolved
