 11:41 am today, Friday March 27, 2026   Housing Director Nicole DiPierro abuses the elder community  but they cannot fix the dangerous front steps of 393 Ferry St.   See my February 19, 2026 photo below

Dear Mayor Van Campen,

Your honor, it was a disaster allegedly this week at 21 Whittier Drive

when the failed Mystic Valley Elder Services allegedly had 6 people

in the room to hear their alleged "phone scam" lecture.

In the 4 years that I have lived here it is clear that MVES

is not active in the community as it should be.  They are

very angry with me for asking you to have PACE or another

agency bid on helping we seniors out.  21 Whittier is

hostile with a vicious woman Sharon making puzzles and

intimidating at least four other women, L, S, J and R.

Shelby Perrault embraces the vicious ones, Sharon,

Charles Censullo, the late Bob Bailot, they all got extra

attention while community members stay away out of

fear of the violence and/or antagonism/unfriendliness.

Ms. Perrault shrugs her shoulders, makes no effort,

and likes that she has little work to do with people

avoiding the room out of fear and their elder abuse.

to the point where they (Mystic Valley Elder Services)

intentionally messed with my medical providers and

caused a huge meeting.  My providers back me.

Housing Director Nicole DiPierro, 75,200.00$ salary,

accomplice of MVES, fails at her job.  DiPierro attacks

elders (she was screaming in my hallway in June 2024

with Ms. Perrault and Jean Daniel there; no way she

was polite as I'm on the 2nd floor hearing her Quiet 
Enjoyment violations including 'I'M TIRED OF THIS!"

WHAT UNBALANCED WOMAN SCREAMS AT ELDERS?
Easy, cousin to Carlo DeMaria, feeling empowered,

and laughing all the way to the bank. 

 

Please fire Ms. DiPierro for cause, for elder abuse,

and for not having a clue about decorum.  
Nicole DiPierro should not be allowed near any

children or seniors.  My report will be to the court.

This morning an elder woman and I had to

go under the yellow lines to get to our cars.
I had walked around to go into the building,

but the cold air did a number on my heart 

and my jaw was aching (a sign my heart is

not doing well.)  Another failure of Steve Kergo,

Jean Daniel, Nicole DiPierro to fix the front

steps of Housing.

The eyesore steps a metaphor for their

wrongful conduct.  Fran LaRovere makes

so much money abusing elders for them, it

would be prudent of me to have a judge order

Atty LaRovere to fix the cement with his bare

hands.   In a perfect world.

Joe, what can you share about any infestations there in the past year, rats, mice, roaches, bed bugs? We heard a lot about that with the high rise housing but I don’t recall much down your way. Are they at least keeping up with those in unit issues? Last we heard was when Darren Costa exposed the rat problem at the trash containers and around the outside of the property

Johnny Pop 1)The woman downstairs told me she had an exterminator in this week for "sugar bugs," tiny little bugs looking for sugar. She took me into her kitchen yesterday afternoon (March 26) to show me what the exterminator did. 2)Jan. 12, 2023 when EHA was taking a late resident to court (BB), Peter Chiarello was screaming in my hallway about a mouse, woke me up and wanted my cats in his apartment to get rid of the mouse. They intentionally ignore this rent-paying tenant simple repairs. They are so vindictive. Joanne in Maintenance told me it was "unacceptable" when they would not repair my smoke alarm and shower on Christmas Eve 2024. Joanne and most of the maintenance crew I respect. Brian Arrington is the troublemaker on staff and needs to be fired for cause along with Jean Daniel and Nicole. No alleged necessary, they do not do their job and cause the problems at Whittier.
