Judge DENIES Nicole DiPierro's Request for Monies from a Senior for his filing a legitimate court case

Mayor-Elect Van Campen must remove Atty La Rovere and Housing Director Nicole DiPierro, along with Housing Coordinator  Jean Daniel from terrorizing seniors at Everett Housing Authority Housing Supervisor DiPierro, aunt of racist Ward 3 Councilor Anthony DiPierro, is in a rage because I forced her to evict her nephew from ever having a campaign party at 21 Whittier Housing Supervisor, who received $75,200 a year for doing nothing substantial for seniors, asked for monies because I exercised my First Amendment Right on Dec 11, 2025 to take those reprobates, LaRovere and Ms. DiPierro to court. Attorney Fran La Rovere Slanders Senior in Front of a Judge 12/11/25 LaRovere A Threat to the Senior Community in Everett

  Criminal Elder Abuse is what it  is. Carlo DeMaria's de facto Consigliere abuses his license to practice law.  The unprincipled attorney, Francis La Rovere, has a building next to city hall.  I've watched the old reprobate do his thing in two different courtrooms.  LaRovere is a snake, and a threat to elders in the 620 or so apartments at Everett Housing Authority. First, Ward 3 Councilor Anthony DiPierro's friend, Robert L. Bailot, Sr., was up regarding his eviction notice.   Now Ms. DiPierro knew for years about his son allegedly living there, Bobby Jr., and allegedly using his brother's house as an address.   After years of Bailot abusing tenants and facing multiple restraining orders, Ms. DiPierro, Housing Supervisor and aunt of the Ward 3 Councilor who previously had to resign for racism, - the fellow Governor Maura Healey says has no place in government,  Anthony's Aunt Nicole never went after Bailot in May of 2023 when he violated EHA's restraining order on him, under 209A according to Fran LaRovere (La Rovere doesn't seem to understand what 209 A means but I allowed it because it allegedly has stronger teeth.)
