  Halloween, 10/31/25 A friend and I were in the hallway of 3 Whittier Drive seeing 4 teenager types across the street on McKinley Thought they were trick or treaters. There's no trick or treating on Housing property, to my knowledge. They came over to my building, I opened the door and said "No trick or treating here"   As far as I was concerned they were disturbing the peace, I'm not a lawyer but the internet notes:  In Massachusetts (MA), "disturbing the peace"  is a misdemeanor under General Laws Chapter 272, Section 53,  defined as engaging in unreasonably disruptive conduct that annoys or disturbs at least one person They were not trick or treating.  They said they wanted access to the building to post flyers for Carlo DeMaria.
