Desperate DeMaria Attempts Flyers at Senior Housing at Whittier Halloween Night
Halloween, 10/31/25
A friend and I were in the hallway of 3 Whittier Drive seeing
4 teenager types across the street on McKinley
Thought they were trick or treaters.
There's no trick or treating on Housing property, to my knowledge.
They came over to my building, I opened the door and said "No trick or
treating here" As far as I was concerned they were disturbing the peace,
I'm not a lawyer but the internet notes: In Massachusetts (MA), "disturbing the peace"
is a misdemeanor under General Laws Chapter 272, Section 53,
defined as engaging in unreasonably disruptive conduct that annoys or disturbs at least one person
They were not trick or treating. They said they wanted access to the building
to post flyers for Carlo DeMaria.
I told them they could not and they laughed and left to bother
the other seniors in the other buildings
Elder Abuse
Disturbing the Peace
Violation of State Ethics Commission rules
DeMaria's cousin, Anthony DiPierro, tried this stunt
in 2023. I personally stopped him with a public records
request. His aunt, Housing Supervisor Nicole DiPierro,
had to ban Anthony permanently
Carlo DeMaria's internal polling must be horrific for
a mayor to pull this kind of stunt, disturb elders on
Halloween night with 4 kids running around with his
paraphernalia
Here's my letter to Rob Van Campen on the matter:

Robert Van Campen, city councilor
- Peter J. McCarren Memorial City Council Chamber
Everett City Hall

Dear Mr. Van Campen and Mr. Kergo, President of Housing,
4 teenagers attempted to get inside 3 Whittier Drive they said
to place flyers for Carlo DeMaria.
I refused to let them in. They laughed and walked to other
buildings. I will attempt to take photographs if DeMaria flyers
are unethically posted at senior housing.
According to the State Ethics Commission:
Massachusetts' State Ethics Commission regulations prohibit public employees from using public resources, including public buildings and equipment, for political purposes, which includes distributing political flyers. The use of public resources for private political activity is generally prohibited under the conflict of interest law, and specific campaign finance laws forbid fundraising within public buildings.
Mayor DeMaria blamed Steve Kergo for the harassment his cousin, Housing Supervisor Nicole DiPierro,
is causing me. Note the attached October 23, 2023 letter to her nephew, disgraced councilor Anthony DiPierro.
My public records request had her ban her nephew permanently for his posting in the community room of
this senior housing.
Ms. DiPierro, however, continued to allow her nephew to post right up to 3 days before election day
in 2023 (Nov 4 when election day was Nov 7.) She was furious with me and allowed the nephew
to continue posting. I know because I informed her it was still happening.
This is not fair to you as DeMaria's opponent.

posting flyers, they allege, for Carlo DeMaria
I will see if I can get some pictures.
