Re: Elder Abuse Solutions

Dear Ms. Gurgone, Honorable Gov. Healey and
Everett Mayor Rob Van Campen:

Shelby Perrault at Mystic Valley Elder:

"I'm losing my people to Neighborhood Pace"  (paraphrased.)

In unprofessional and inappropriate fashion Ms. Perrault asked
me if I was having sex with my personal care assistant hired by
Mystic Valley Elder.   I did not answer her but wondered if she
was hiding in the bushes stalking us when he kissed me on the lips
on the doorstep one Friday night.

I'm not into public displays of affection but what the heck, few or none
of the elders were watching at that hour and 37 year old men
can be so frisky.

We elders have a right to privacy  and a right not to be abused.

I call for Mayor Van Campen to put up for bid 21 Whittier,
the community room where Councilor Anthony DiPierro
is BANNED PERMANENTLY from ever having political
parties (thanks to my camera) for ethics violations

This market research expert is the good guy.

In vindictive retaliation for wanting the community
room (where Ms. Perrault is woefully inefficient) be
put up for bid, Mystic Valley Elder Abusers
went to my medical team and complained about me.

Wow.  Read that again, Governor!

The Medical team that I depend upon, taking me
to Mass General Hospital twice this month, providing
for my medication, my nurses, my doctors, being
harassed by MVES - Mystic Valley Elder Abusers -

in my mind, MVES should be investigated and their
501(c)(3) status shouid be revoked.

That endangers my life in a village where
four people have died in the past 8 months.
Whittier Drive.

How do we revoke a 5o1(c)(3) that is
abusing elders when its mission statement
is to keep seniors safe from abuse?

Active Revocation (Investigation): The IRS may revoke status due to audits revealing:
  • Substantial lobbying or political campaign activity.
  • Private inurement or benefit (insiders profiting).
  • Operating for a non-exempt purpose.

Based on information and belief, MVES
attempted to come between my medical providers
and this elder.  Wow.  How absolutely disgusting.

MVES is thick as thieves with Housing Supervisor
Nicole DiPierro, one of the meanest, vicious, most
vindictive individuals in Everett MA.

I currently have an MCAD investigation as well as
a 50,000.00$ lawsuit against the aunt of the racist
city councilor, Anthony M. DiPierro, who had to
resign for his hatred of minorities.

Ms. DiPierro says my suits are frivolous and
that I must drop them or I can't have my PCA
(personal care assistant.)  I call that blackmail.

And if they are frivolous, why must I drop them?

Because they are powerful and factual.

IF this senior citizen happened to be as crazy
as insane Charlie that MVES does not protect us
from, or the late violent drunkard RB Sr., or the
alleged drug dealers who proliferate at senior
housing in Everett, MVES and my providers would
all be obligated to protect me as a senior.

But I'm lovable, nice and have a camera that
got Governor Deval Patrick to remove ex Mayor
McGlynn's uncle from the board of Medford
Housing, and Martha Coakley forced to get rid
of President Bob Covelle.  Just ask Delores Ross
at Everett Housing!  HA~!

I'm polite, and I'm effective.   And I am known
around the world for my rock journalism, so I
have some skill!!!!!

The abuse is rampant at 21 Whittier.  Shelby the
MVES worker has lunch with Sharon, who four
women have complained to me about.  Sharon is
so disruptive and mean.  Why she isn't best friends
with Nicole DiPierro is simply because they want to
be the meanest witches (with a capital B) on the
block.   How does this help seniors, Ms. Gurgone?

It doesn't.   Shelby is inappropriate and out of her
depth.  The busybody who told me she found her
husband online dating (talk about low self-image)
wants to know who I am having sex with.  I can
assure you, Shelby, I meet my handsome friends
in real life, not through creepy dating APPS.

Such immature and unprofessional behavior
harms the elder community.

I was abused by Mystic Valley Elder Services
the moment they harassed my medical team.
Shame on them. They committed elder abuse
because I have a point of view which benefits
the senior community.  Touchy, touchy, aren't
they, and very dangerous to we elders.

Why the Mayor needs to put 21 Whittier up
for bid.  In any event, MVES interfered with
my medical team, and I'm not a lawyer but
I think that comes under:

Protecting Older Adults from Abuse

Abuse of adults 60 and older includes physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, caretaker neglect, financial exploitation, and self-neglect. Reporting abuse to Adult Protective Services can help.

I went into the piano room today, and wrote a tune
entitled GHOST TOWN, which the community room is.

I took a photo (attached) about the lovely hypocrisy
found around the room, positive thinking, smile,
when all the while, Shelby invests her time not in us,
but in the mean-sprited puzzle people so that she
doesn't have to put effort into her paycheck

Shelby has lunch with and coddles the crazies.
Shelby lives up north and has no investment in
our community.  Send her home and find a person
with sensitivity and care.
