On or about Nov 5, 2023 a kindly police officer advised me to file in court against
a supporter of Councilor Anfhony DiPierro.   I voted for sanity, Darren Costa, of course,
and was assaulted by multiple DiPierro thugs, the kindest word I can think for them.

Taking the concerned officer's advice I eventually obtained a restraining order on the
DiPierro thug.  After the drunken terrorist was BLASTED by a judge, witnessed in court
by lawyers for Mystic Valley Elder Services and Fran LaRovere for Everett Housing Authority,
as well as DiPierro's aunt Nicole, the Housing Supervisor (who refused to testify, the subpoena
costing me $300.00 in legal and delivery fees)

Representing myself Pro se, without a lawyer, (Pro se definition: means to argue on one's own behalf in a legal proceeding,) and realizing the judge was on my side, I didn't force the MVES rep and DiPierro's aunt
to testify.   I should have asked the judge for one, Ms. DiPierro.

I trusted that she would do the right thing.

Two days later after the June 2024 court hearing, without the legal appointment of 24 hours or more required, Aunty Nicole DiPierro was shrieking in my hallway at me, WHILE I WAS IN COURT ON ZOOM CONCLUDING A CIVIL CASE TO DO WITH THE MUSIC BUSINESS.  Not only did the rogue councilor's aunt violate the Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment, I believe she allegedly engaged in criminal elder abuse.  What over 60 person
(I will be 71 this year,)  must endure such blatant harassment?  Who does this to seniors?

Sadly, if you like at the WGBH article on Glendale Towers, it is the rule, not the exception, at
the DiPierro Housing Authority.

Nicole DiPierro was defending her nephew's drunken pal who repeatedly posted pro-DiPierro political material in the community center, violating Everett Housing Rules, which I had to remove.

Darren Costa was not allowed to post in the community room, meaning Anthony DiPierro cheated and did not play by the rules.

The individual, who has terrorized many other senior tenants, from refusing to let other have the TV in the community room, to asking me to have sex with him, and allegedly asking a woman to have sex with him, has had his son stuffed in the tiny apartment along with his wife, Nicole DiPierro telling me that she needed an "anonymous" letter about the extra tenant.  I sent her a Google search with my name attached.    Former city councilor Nick Saia was caught on camera pulling down a Mystic Valley Elder poster to replace it with a DiPierro political poster in the laundry room.

Despite reporting this to Everett Housing, the malfeasance continued, to the detriment of the elders and Mr. Costa.

The drunk allegedly punched out a styrofoam doll in the room and put a DiPierro cap on it, long after the election.  Nicole DiPierro told me only then did she yell at the drunk, telling him, get this, that she didn't want her last name abused in the room.

Please, Mr. Spock from Star Trek, how unprofessional and illogical is the Housing Supervisor's position when she didn't do a blasted thing about her nephew Anthony's wrongful conduct at election time.

I submit that Anthony DiPierro's thugs engaged in elder abuse, assault (so much so that an Everett Police Officer urged me to file in court,) using the Housing Authority's community room and laundry to steal from Darren Costa the same ability to advertise, and DiPierro   only "won" by very few votes.
hardly a mandate for the racist councilor even the Governor, Healey, has said on WGBH has no place
in city government.

The day after Nicole's unwarranted shrieking in my hallway (with no appointment to shriek at me,)
her violation of the covenant of quiet enjoyment, her vulgar and blatant elder abuse, they finally fixed
the back hall lighting, which I had complained about for months.

So the women in my building and myself were at risk of falling down the pitch dark stairwell,
but the Housing Supervisor clearly didn't give a damn.  She needed to vent her frustrations unprofessionally and I believe illegally at her victim, a 70 year old minority, disabled man.

See the photo of Nick Saia caught red-handed violating the EHA rules at election time
in the Laundry Room and his destroying a Mystic Valley Elder Services poster for the
Halloween Party.

This is not just about me, read the article on WGBH about the elder abuse in 2022.  And hear about alleged retaliation by Everett Housing Authority.  The article has nothing to do with me, I had just

We need a Tenant's Union here because of the unruly racist who sings GOD BLESS AMERICA AND THEN TELLS PEOPLE IN STORES, ALLEGEDLY, TO SAY IT OR GO BACK WHERE HE CAME FROM

The Police were called on December 16 and December 18 when "Charlie," (well known to the police,) called me
a homophobic slur, threatened my life, and showed up at my private meetings, twice, with Elder Services, even though I went through the back door to avoid him.  He was in my building this week singing GOD BLESS AMERICA

The Housing Supervisor, Jean Daniel and Brian Arrington do nothing to quell the elder abuse.  Indeed, they
exacerbate it with their bad policies and lack of enforcement of good policies.  They retaliate on those who complain.

my MISSION, is to REMOVE, MS. DIPIERRO, HER RACIST NEPHEW ON THE CITY COUNCIL, JEAN DANIEL, BRIAN ARRINGTON and the two abusive tenants who put all the seniors in danger here.

I like Carlo DeMaria and think the man has done good things for the city.  However, Mayor DeMaria should take the advice of this older journalist, quoted in the Boston Globe, the NY Times and more books than I can remember, and distance himself from his Achilles' heel: his two cousins, Nicole and Anthony.  They are a black eye on the city, and the senior community, and they will only be an anchor to him when he has more good work to do for us.

If the mayor chooses not to, he doesn't have to worry.  I'll do the work for him and will set my mind to removing both DiPierro's, Arrington, Daniel and the two menaces to the elder community.

I've done it before in radio and in Medford politics (removing Mayor McGlynn's uncle, who I actually liked, the late Gene McGuillicuddy, from the Medford Housing Board, against the city solicitor's barking.  And when the city solicitor tried to object to my questions at a Hearing of the Medford Housing board, which was not a court of law,
I had him thrown off of the witness stand for not being a witness; and exposed that he was posing as a bill collector on Thursdays, allegedly, in Somerville District Court instead of working for the city.   I liked old Uncle Gene and sorry to hear that he passed; it wasn't his fault that ex-mayor Michael J McGlynn abused the elder person, and that, my friends, is exactly the point of this essay.

The elder abuse must start, and the easiest way to start is by removing the problems,
DiPierro, DiPierro, Arrington and Daniel, LLC

To give an exact quote of Aunty Nicole  under my window screaming "I've Had Enough of This" I say,
so have we, the rent-paying tenants you are required under law to safeguard, not abuse.

The front page of the Everett Housing Authority website offers a safe place to live.

I am living proof that that is not so.  That what EHA publishes is pure fraud.

We demand our civil rights, our minority rights, our elder rights.

The Governor is right, there is no place in city government for Anthony DiPierro, but since he has
no class, no ethics, no sense of responsibility, don't expect the cheating racist to step down.

The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention defines elder abuse as “an intentional act or failure to act that causes or creates a risk of harm to an older adult” (age 60 or older).

1 Elder abuse includes physical abuse, emotional/psychological abuse, sexual abuse, financial exploitation, neglect, and abandonment. Perpetrators include children,

  • Willful deprivation means denying an older adult medication, medical care, shelter, food, a therapeutic device, or other physical assistance, and exposing that person to the risk of physical, mental, or emotional harm—except when the older, competent adult has expressed a desire to go without such care.
