Sunday evening, Sept 7, I was in my hallway at 3 Whittier talking to a
relative of a tenant and some man demanded entry to our hallway
"I'm here to see Cuneo."
Well, there's no Cuneo here and he was aggravated and angry that we

Police Chief Paul Strong and the DeMaria gave a well-publicized lecture here
on July 10. I heard only the regulars, about 6-8 people, were in attendance.
July 3 while at the cardiologist in Wakefield, EHA President Steve Kergo
wrote me a note that Housing had gone into my apartment with no emergency.
And no 24 hour notice.
Breaking and entering. A violation of Quiet Enjoyment. No landlord has the
right to break your privacy rights, your tenant rights, but with DeMaria's cousin,
Nicole DiPierro, and her nephew - DeMaria's other cousin - racist Anthony DiPierro,
your rights are stripped away and violated
Everett Housing has broken into my apartment many times, but now I have the evidence
An e mail from President Steve Kergo. Mr. Kergo is nobody's fool, clearly, he wanted
me to know and to have the evidence for court.
An alleged friend of the mayor was living underneath me when I moved in. He has two
firefighter sons here in Everett who allegedly do not speak with him. He was running a
gambling casino beneath me, and allegedly selling Oxy and Fentanyl ... "We're playing
the horses, we're playing the horses" he would yell out the window.
The alleged drug dealer had a hat in the door, endangering the two women and I that
have apartments here. Eventually - after Kergo threatened to evict the overweight person
for the hat in the door routine (no public safety, dozens of people walking in and out, and
he's a friend of Joe McGonagle, state Rep,) for keeping a hat in the door so that people could
flow in and out without a CORI check and to party downstairs, they moved the slob to
Shute St. Into a bungalow. How quaint. Why did they not evict him? And Bob Bailot?
The fat man violated the wiretap laws yelling at Bailot on a speaker phone "I will beat up
you and your son behind Dunkin' Donuts" Like I need to hear violence in my old age?
Bailot said to the judge the drug dealer was his best friend. HA Bailot lied to the judge's face.
Charlie Censullo., the crazy person, allegedly went after the fat man's father (how did the dad
and mom get into Housing so easily, Carlo DeMaria?) and yelled "Your son is selling
fentanyl to the seniors" a few months ago. Heard that the police came. Paul Strong
where are you, and why are drugs allegedly being sold by three people on Whittier. It was
four but one of the dealers died.
Censullo stalked and threatened me Dec 16 2024 and December 18th that he would
"get me" in an angry rage, calling me a cocksucker. He grabbed his crotch looking at
me in June of 2025. Nicole DiPierro, the mayor's cousin, hates me so much that
she blames me for being stalked. I believe Censullo is her emissary and that she
harasses me through him, almost daily, coming by my apartment "God Bless America,
say it or go back to where you came from."
Censullo is banned from multiple stores, but sick Nicole DiPierro embraces him.
And drunken Bob Bailot who terrorizes Whitter as Censullo does.
Did you hear about the theft of a briefcase from a maintenance guy's truck?
Some 20-somethings had keys to 9 Proctor. Allegedly they were (or he was)
arrested, but it is so unsafe at Whittier thanks to the Board of Directors of Housing
and the mayor's two cousins, Anthony and Nicole, that it is disgusting.
Much of this evidence I have filed with the Mass Commission Against Discrimination,
a case and an investigation now pending. There is a plethora of Ms. DiPierro's
misconduct documented, yelling and screaming - shrieking - at me in my apartment
while I was actually on Zoom with a civil court case. You can't make this stuff up.
Van Campen needs to win and clean house. While Cousin Carlo DeMaria wastes
taxpayer monies trying to appeal our $180,000.00 that DeMari-ahhh will not give back,
we seniors are at great risk from his deranged cousin Nicole.
I am fighting in court to bring Nicole DiPierro to justice. A judge was holding
my application for a restraining order, and DiPierro's attorney, Fran La Rovere,
another piece of work, said "Your Honor, you have the restraining order" and
the judge had to correct the old barrister (or old bastard, take your pick) that
it was an application for a restraining order, which I am amending for the next
court date.
What reasonable person can put up with such criminal elder abuse?
Nicole DiPierro is angry with me because I issued a subpoena to her for
a court date in June of 2024 against Bob Bailot, who I had a 2nd restraining
order on. She refused to testify, perjury-via-lawyer where La Rovere lied
to the judge and said "She knows nothing." I told the truth to the judge,
"They....know...everything" in a Perry Mason moment, and the judge blasted
Bob Bailot (which La Rovere acknowledged) and the son of a bitch was in
my building the next day after the judge issued a verbal restraining order
Slamming doors and ruining my quiet enjoyment that my rent check pays for.
This is what nepotism breeds, Carlo DeMaria endangering seniors because
his repugnant cousins will vote for him.
180 grand is bad, but my safety is far more important, and with my heart condition,
having to deal with an unpleasant woman with no common sense, Ms DiPierro,
who is stalking me and harassing me, is not what my tenant rights, my rent check,
and my civil rights as a human being, and senior, deserve.
Nicole DiPierro is a clear and present danger to seniors and possibly children.
