The Everett Housing Supervisor Spent 3 Hours in Woburn Court 10/16/25 - this morning, plus driving time to and from court, and didn't even see a judge!
Why are our taxpayer/housing dollars spent like this? $75,200.00 annually - the paycheck she hauls home
of YOUR MONEY to walk the halls of a courthouse?
Allegedly.
Her attorney, Fran La Rovere, was there, and all that was required was a Housing
Specialist to file a new date. So why are taxpayer dollars spent on a woman who
is in Woburn court allegedly doing nothing, on a taxpayer dime?
Carlo DeMaria must be blamed for this nonsense. His cousin is the Housing Supervisor.

Would you spend 75K+ on a woman sitting around in a courtroom hallway, not
even seeing a judge, allegedly, or doing anything of significance, a mere vendetta
because a tenant filed on her with the MCAD and issued her a subpoena
to court in June of 2024.
This from embattled mayor Carlo DeMaria taking
care of his cousin but not the community. So selfish.
The Aunt of Councilor Anthony DiPierrO HAD to
permanently remove him from having parties at
Whittier Drive. Previously resigning for his racist
insults, the deficient "councilor" cannot properly
help seniors at Whittier Drive if he is permanently banned.
Taxpayers do not need Nicole DiPierro's vendetta against
a man who
a)filed a complaint on her with the Mass. Commission
Against Discrimination,
b)issued DiPierro a subpoena to show
up in Malden District Court June 2024 where she had her attorney
commit what I call "Perjury via Counsel,"
and who has harassed and defamed a handicapped senior citizen with a vengeance that
is chilling
