Elder Abuse at Whittier, and the Abuse Connection to Carlo DeMaria

Talking to Carlo DeMaria and his wife Stacy they kept

blaming outgoing Housing President Steve Kergo, who has

treated me professionally, with the elder abuse their cousin,

Nicole DiPierro, is guilty of.

Carlo also requested I stop sending out these e mails, go figure.

Nicole DiPierro's abuse of the public trust was evident last Thursday,

October 16, 2025 in Woburn Court up at Cummings Park off of Route128.

For $75,200.00 she was simply wandering the halls of the courthouse

with that mean face and a chip on her shoulder regarding elders.  Not

doing any work that I could see.  Simply being the queen of mean.

Carlo, when Nicole hates elders, it reflects badly on you.

Nicole's attorney, the grim reaper Francis LaRovere, did the work,

as I did, in the hallway.  The courtroom was packed with about 40

cases and I had 3 lawyers in the hallway helping me and Fran

was wandering about, making his blood money on the abuse of 

senior tenants.  

I've dealt with many attorneys in my day and La Rovere

is a real piece of work.  Tone deaf, he is a big part of the problem

for seniors at Whittier and elsewhere in Everett.

I will deal with LaRovere in other forums, plural, that can root out

the alleged corruption.  Government forums. I've been VERY effective

in the past, thank you Governor Deval Patrick, and I shall prevail again.

Their only hope is if I die of congestive heart failure, but going from a

cane in the summer to 1.25 miles on the treadmill last night (a first

in a year) and the ex boyfriend who wanted to marry me in the jacuzzi

next to me (with his hot roommate who has the same name as my

significant other....now if the roommate asked me to marry ...oh, never mind.,.)

well, the bad news for Fran and Nicole, the couple from hell, is that I am

definitely on the mend!

The ex boyfriend didn't say a word to me , we simply gave a friendly wave

to each other.  He's been ghosting me, which is actually a blessing, 

though I still think he's a nice guy.

After telling me, not asking me, how our life together would be,

including living in his condo in Brazil 6 months out of the year (????)

well, 8 or so weeks of dating I popped the question: "You don't even know

how old I am?"  He is 45, and I told him "70" (last year) and he said

"That's OK" but his line about us "growing old together" didn't make

any sense since, buddy, I'm already there (as in old!!!!!)

So why is the mayor's cousin, Nicole DiPierro, hell bent on abusing

old people....elders?  Is she lonely and jealous that young guys and gals hit on someone old enough to be her father?  Does she abuse her own old man like this?

I submit and allege that the woman is psycho, and Whittier Drive is so

dangerous with alleged drug dealers and Charlie and Bailot and Sharon

that, oh my God, no wonder this senior escapes to my favorite bookstore!

The Housing Supervisor (DiPierro,) as well as Mystic Valley Elder Services on the 

property, actually, have a responsibility as care providers.  

They act like they don't.  

Shame on them, and shame on Carlo DeMaria for allowing this elder abuse 

to continue from PEOPLE WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO BE

PROVIDING US A SAFETY NET.

Carlo said to me "You criticize me and eat my food."  That is where

his Honor is so very wrong.  It is our food, and he is invading our

space, and less than two dozen people showed up for Carlo in a

city of about 55,000.00    Less people showed up on July 10 for

Police Chief Paul Strong and Carlo,  I hear.  I was in court with

Nicole DiPierro having her usual (you can set your clock by it,)

meltdown and temper tantrum.   God almighty, can you imagine

Thanksgiving dinner at the DiPierro household?  

I can't.

throwing plates at the wall, they probably make Whittier Drive

look like a day at the beach.

And Carlo thinks this will help him get elected?  How????

Sent him a photo, he said I look good in them.  So many compliments.

I submit that Nicole DiPierro, Housing Supervisor, and Shelby Perrault,

Mystic Valley Elder Rep, are de facto Care Providers and that

both have failed in their obligations to ALL the seniors in Housing

at Whittier Drive.  Which, by extension, means the outgoing mayor has

failed.  

When only less than 24 people show up, Your Outgoing Honor, you

should take the hint.  Your popularity has waned and it is time to go.

There is no elder dignity at Whittier Drive.  Ms Perrault can write all

the positive messages on the wall that she wants to, but actions

speak louder than words, and a menacing old guy with a flag pole

and racist rants "Say God Bless America, or leave the country" and

his liberal use of the F word, I had to close the door to Shelby's

office one day when the angry old guy was coming towards us

and Shelby rolled her eyes at Charlie's insanity.

Shelby rolled her eyes.

She failed in calling the police on the individual who disturbs the peace

just about every day.

And Carlo wants to speak to us and say stupid things like "You're eating

my food."

No, Carlo, when I buy cupcakes for coffee hour, I gladly let the elders

enjoy them without taking credit.  It's just the right thing to do.

Carlo, is actually, the flip flopper projecting on his popular opponent.

I think in 13 days we will have a new mayor in Everett, one whose

cousin won't be showing up in apartments screaming and yelling

her head off.

One that won't be breaking and entering when I'm at the cardiologist,

as President Steve Kergo so graciously informed me.

Thanks, Steve.  Enjoy your retirement.  I know a mayor who is about

to retire as well.  I know his cousins too, unfortunately, the elder abusers

that Nicole and Anthony are.

It must really burn Nicole DiPierro that I forced her to evict her nephew

from 21 Whittier Drive.

I intend to evict criminal elder abuser Nicole too, straight into women's prison.

There she can do less harm
