Financial Abuse of Elders at Whittier Drive Election 2025 on November 4 2025 2 Weeks from Today
In my meeting with Carlo DeMaria and his lovely wife last Friday I respectfully
brought up how DeMaria's cousin, Housing Supervisor Nicole DiPierro, was
deficient.
Carlo kept blaming outgoing Housing President Steve Kergo, who I find to
be a reliable professional. Your Honor, the problem is your cousin.
DeMaria asked me if I had a cousin in prison would I stand by them,
Odd since I am determined to send Nicole DiPierro to prison for perjury,
elder abuse and general harassment of senior tenants, but I digress.
Methinks it was a Freudian slip on his Honor's part.
Here's the problem that I intend to solve.
In legal documents to Francis LaRovere, Ms. DiPierro's pet pitbull attorney,
this writer has noted that senior citizens are being taken advantage of
financially at Whittier Dr.
Alleged drug dealer J.D. took $2,000.00 from L.F., and only repaid $300.00
Why "JD" is living among us is the question.
L.F. claims Bob Bailot, the sexual harassing friend of Anthony DiPierro,
"borrowed" $120.00 from her. Bailot was best friends with L.F. but now
will not speak with her.
T.L. tells me J.D., alleged drug dealer, owes him $1,000.00. That
J.D.'s wife was dying (how is he still in that apartment if - allegedly -
he was not on the lease? according to some sources...) and J.D.
would carry T.L.'s belongings (when he wasn't allegedly selling his
wife's medication) took the grand and vanished.
Even though their cars are within 4 spaces of each other.
I blame this financial abuse on Ms. DiPierro and the woman from
Mystic Valley Elder Services. They coddle the bad actors, to the
detriment of the 120 apartments and their inhabitants here.
Charles Censullo, town maniac who used the F word on the MVES
elder services person here (and is rumored to have called her the
C word, as in see you next Tuesday) takes money from a 95 year
old man, E.B. repeatedly. Elder Services claims Censullo, a crazed
maniac, always pays him back. E.B.'s personal care assistant
disagrees in conversations with me.
Mystic Valley Elder Services needs to install a guy at 21 Whittier,
Johnny Jiminez, husband of nurse Lisa Jiminez, wouldn't take the
nonsense that the current inefficient, negligent is the word, woman
at 21 Whittier takes from Bob Bailot, Charles Censullo and other abusers.
In these court documents I filed yesterday (I'm suing Housing for 50 grand,
and simultaneously have an MCAD case I filed in February pending against
Housing for the elder abuse and age discrimination) I state that the Housing
Supervisor, and the MVES rep, have an OBLIGATION to the seniors here,
the seniors in the 120 apartments or so, not just Bob "Restraining Order
for Sexual Harassment" Bailot and Charles the madman Censullo and
the other overweight alleged drug dealer P.C. who is NOT POLITICALLY
CORRECT. Play Yoko Ono's "Peter the Dealer" on the radio....
Anthony DiPierro has been permanently banned from utilizing 21 Whittier
for parties thanks to my hard work and honest efforts, so don't ask him

How can Nicole DiPierro and Shelby show their faces when
their job as care providers is to look out for vulnerable seniors?
Shelby spends all her time with "the Yahtzee People" one of the
victims told me, and the Yahtzee woman Sharon has complaints
on her from three women who told me that they avoid the room
(21 Whittier) because Sharon is so downright nasty. Heck, I've
given her cupcakes and cakes for Yahtzee and she's still so mean
to this elder, there is no pleasing her.
Two individuals have taken over the room and the MVES woman
just sits there waiting for residents avoiding the room.
Over at PACE (St Theresa's around the corner 787 Broadway)
there is a vibrant community with elders who all sign an agreement
that they won't be disruptive. Dozens of people are dancing
or exercising and Shelby has two people doing puzzles saying
"I've lost all my people to PACE" (Paraphrasing.)
No, Shelby, you didn't lose them to PACE, you were just negligent
and didn't take good advice. Meanwhile your seniors are being financially
ripped off - allegedly - and I thank you for taking care of my cat while I
was hospitalized in May, but that doesn't absolve you for being a big
part of the problem.
Shelby at MVES has to be replaced as 21 Whittier has gone to hell.
Nicole DiPierro is a shameless, untalented woman with DNA to the
current mayor and not much else.
While Atty LaRovere and I handled the case in Woburn last Thursday,
October 16, DiPierro was waltzing the courtroom hallways doing nothing
that I could see. NOTHING for her $75,200.00 annually, what a waste of
money, your Honor. On your good-for-nothing elder abusing cousin Nicole.
It was one thing when I was 45 or 50 years old cleaning up Medford Housing,
but at 71 my woman banker and Carlo DeMaria both tell me how good I look.,,
looking good doesn't help when you are 71 and having to file all these legal
documents on an insufferable unpleasant woman who lies under oath because
she's the mayor's cousin.

A decent photo and Van Campen's name is impressed on those getting
the mailer, and since name recognition is key for an election two weeks
from today, it's a wonder DeMaria didn't ask me for advice rather than
leave it to his surrogates (put Atty Slattery - he of four arrests - in the
notation, or ex councilor Nick Saia for banning Anthony DiPierro permanently
for Saia's wrongful conduct.)

If the mayor, as outgoing as the EHA president retiring in my mind, had
a clue he would have found out about the financial abuse of elders here
instead of just handing us salad and cheese ravioli from Anthony's.
Mayor Wu and Breanna Lungo Koehn, in Boston and Medford, respectively,
have no opponents. Malden's Gary Christenson is in the middle of a 4 year

Thus, it is Van Campen vs DeMaria as the big event
two weeks from today.
Carlo DeMaria needs to remove Nicole DiPierro and force Anthony DiPierro to resign again.
They are wrecking balls tied to his ankle. A middle aged reprobate, Nicole, wandering
the courtroom hallways while her attorney and I did all the work (no need to see a judge.)
Anthony DiPierro shooting spitballs and being as racist as ever. Carlo, Carlo, Carlo,
the optics are not very good when flip flopping with so much nepotism.
Only 20 people showed up at Whittier for Cousin Carlo. He should be thankful
that I was there for attendance reasons alone. Cousin Anthony was nowhere
to be found and cousin Nicole was probably STILL wandering the Woburn Courthouse
hallways wondering what the hell she is doing.
She still doesn't know. Clueless, crazed and cousin to a mayor most likely
on his way out.

3. Tackling problems
Public dissatisfaction over issues like crime and the cost of living have contributed to other mayors’ downfalls. Wu touts the decline in Boston’s murder rate on her watch and a program to turn office buildings into apartments. And as Emma reports, meaningful shares of voters who are dissatisfied with the city’s public schools, oppose bike lanes, and say Boston is unaffordable still approve of Wu. That suggests she’s getting credit for trying even on issues she hasn’t solved.
