Harvey Silverglate, a constitutional and civil liberties attorney, said that as a Boston city councilor up for reelection, Coletta Zapata’s mere presence inside the polling location constituted a “likely” violation of state law.

“I think it’s likely a violation,” Silverglate told the Herald. “It’s not certain, but it’s likely. Before Anthony DiPierro's racist "bone spur" moment, Mr. Trump, the former

mayor's cousin was being groomed to be mayor.  Carlo DeMaria allegedly wanted the racist cheat, Anthony DiPierro, to be your mayor.  The blatant nepotism (or as the late Medford mayoral candidate John Byers coined a term "nephewtism," DiPierro's aunty the notoriously unpopular Nicole DiPierro) is, along with the 180k plus, a reason for Rob Van Campen's 600 vote landslide against the 18 year incumbent, outgoing mayor Carlo DeMaria.

This 2023 incident was not a faux pas, it was cheating to deprive the Ward 3

voters of having popular Darren Costa installed again. 

And why should Aunty Nicole DiPierro administer the slap on the wrists

to her nephew?  In what universe does Aunty spank nephew Anthony?

It was so sleazy and so very wrong.  Both Nicole DiPierro and her nephew

need to be removed for such an outrageous interference of an election.

This writer caught DiPierro and  former Councilman Nick Saia posting 

political information INSIDE the Housing Authority's community room,

which is also a polling place.  See photo of Saia, Exhibit A.

This was willful and malicious election interference by council veterans

who knew that they were doing wrong.  So Aunty just "bans" her nephew

permanently from the community room for political events after Anthony 

DiPierro previously resigned for his blatant racism?

We cannot have an individual like that on the city council, nor a conflicted

aunty with such low self-image that she has to abuse elders to make herself

feel good.  I am living proof of that, see my court papers on Ms. DiPierro.

Sick is what those individuals are.  Sick, wrongful conduct that should not

If DiPierro won't resign from the council, let us have a recall vote and install

Maria Bussell, someone who actually cares about the community.

Bussell missed being councilor by only 199 votes, not the 600 that cost

Cousin Carlo DeMaria the election.

Bussell is beloved, Anthony DiPierro is despised.  Why are we saddled 

with such an incompetent moron like DiPierro?    Jim Mitchell's Advocate

can praise the racist, DiPierro, all it wants.  Without Carlo's funding,

the Advocate is the proverbial used Ultra Ribbed Trojan for extra stimulation. 

The paper sure looks thin this week without the usual Nazi Joseph Goebbel's

inspired propaganda.  And Mitchell laughs at the Leader Herald?  Please!

Everett needs an honest newspaper,  not one that trashes a woman of 

colour and a decent man like Darren Costa.   But trashing a woman of 

color and praising a racist like Anthony DiPierro goes hand-in-hand.

WHITTIER DRIVE

Who was the unstable genius who decided to treat the senior citizens at Whittier Drive like the WACO siege? Early morning Saturday Nov 15, 2025?

Audio sample of the sound blasted towards the Branch Davidian compound (Mount Carmel Center) at night allegedly via special 'light and sound' technology. The noise is an amalgamation of various animal sounds (being slaughtered among the most reported), some drilling, loud machinery and chanting. A great deal of controversy followed on its application. It is pointed out that the combination of loud music and various animal noise was to drive the Davidians out the compound and surrender while opposing view states that the sleep deprivation tactics initiated on the compound's inhabitants caused the situation to deteriorate to unreasonable conclusions and only fed to Koresh and his followers' psyche and beliefs thus pushing them to resist further.
