Anthony DiPierro thought by virtue of being Carlo DeMaria's cousin
he could use his tools, former city councilor Nick Saia and town drunk
Robert L. Bailot, Sr. to carry out his nefarious plan to poster the community
room with DiPierro for Ward 3 paraphernalia.
To the detriment of his opponent, Daren Costa.
(Allegedly, violent drunk Bailot will finally be evicted Dec 10,
praise the Lord, but the damage done by his drunken rages

We stopped the known racist, Anthony DiPierro, but his aunty,
the notorious Housing Supervisor paid $75,200 annually for sitting
on her obese derriere, allowed DiPierro to continue his misconduct
because she was informed by me that the practice continued,
the practice of inappropriate posting on Housing property,
long after Aunty Nicole's October 23, 2023 letter to her nephew.

In any event, I filed with the Mass Commission Against Discrimination
on February 14, 2025, and Aunty Nicole retaliated suing me sometime
after, so I countersued for $50,000.00
The court needs to remove Aunty Nicole's frivolous malicious abuse of process and retaliation, while maintaining my claim for 50 grand.
Elder abuse by Nicole DiPierro and Jean Daniel, Housing Coordinator,
is what it is. It is pure abuse of a handicapped senior citizen and the
kind of alleged criminal abuse the new mayor has to remove permanently.
If Bob Bailot is indeed gone, Charlie Censullo should be institutionalized
and all the alleged drug dealers removed from Whittier.
