Dear MPAC:

Despite Police Chief Paul Strong and outgoing mayor Carlo DeMaria speaking

to our community, on or about July 10, 2025, with very few members of the

community showing up despite about a month of promotion for the event,

Whittier Dr. residents feel unsafe.

1)A Charles Censullo was handcuffed, not arrested, and allegedly went to

the psych ward of Whidden Hospital. The man is a menace and needs

psychiatric help 24/7, but the outgoing mayor, DeMaria, police chief Strong,

and the mayor's cousin, racist Anthony DiPierro (had to resign due to getting

caught being a racist,) the Ward 3 "councilor" and his aunt, Nicole DiPierro,

Everett Housing Supervisor, could give a damn about our safety

2)A Robert L. Bailot Sr sexually harassed me and a woman. An equal

opportunity harasser. Housing put a restraining order on him, I put a

written restraining order on him, then in June of 2024 a judge put a

verbal restraining order on him.

Drug dealers appear to be protected by the outgoing mayor and his

nepotism, Carlo DeMaria's family .....A P.C., a J.D. (who allegedly was

PC's drug mule until he went into business for himself, allegedly, and

owes seniors a LOT of money, the alleged predator,) and a "John,"

...three alleged drug dealers. The fourth alleged drug dealer died.

Allegedly

Nicole DiPierro is a screaming maniac, disturbing the peace,

and terrifying senior citizens

Under DeMaria, we were not safe
