Van Campen Needs to Address Whittier Drive and Everett Housing Authority Immediately

Well, the damn speed bumps seem to be gone, just as I surmised

awhile back.  Carlo DeMaria's Waterloo, the speed bumps that

disappeared votes.  

Van Campen needs to address the nepotism from the outgoing mayor.

Cousin Carlo thought himself omnipotent, the 180k, the family ride on

the gravy train, but it all caught up with him, didn't it?

The Elephant in the Room are the Alleged Drug Dealers

at Whittier Drive

Why are senior citizens exposed to an individual borrowing

money from seniors, allegedly. $1,000 from a fellow to the

alleged drug dealer, $2,000.00 from a woman to the same alleged

drug dealer.  Are you disgusted yet?

Under Carlo DeMaria and his cousin, Housing Supervisor Nicole DiPierro,

this tenant has witnessed alleged drug dealers proliferating at

Whittier.

One individual runs an illegal gambling casino, and somehow, his parents

appeared at Whittier.  Did they leap-frog a waiting list or did they get in

legitimately?

The Housing Supervisor never showed up to protect people, and it is

time for a new Housing Supervisor come January 2, 2026.

A Housing Supervisor is a de facto elder services provider.

It's been my experience that a middle-aged woman displaying

a poor temperament, malice, and outright hate, has no place

at Housing.  She hardly cares about the seniors.

In legal papers I am accusing her harassment of allegedly causing

the Congestive Heart Failure, a handicap I've been diagnosed with.

If not the cause, her disgusting antics certainly contributed to it.

Carlo DeMaria and his alleged partner, Stacy DeMaria, personally

told me that the problem was outgoing president Steve Kergo.

On or about October 16, 2025 at a dinner Carlo had with about

18 attendees in a city of 50,000 or more.  Bets at the casino 

should be made now to see how long that marriage lasts.
Stacy's remarks on Guerline Alcy were uncalled for and wrong.

His honor and his alleged partner were also wrong when it

comes to their cousin and outgoing president Kergo.

The culprit was Carlo's cousin, Nicole DiPierro, screaming and shrieking

in a tenant's apartment building with no 24 hour notice, just a vile maniac

harassing a good, rent-paying tenant.

Ms. DiPierro has to go.  This morning on Zoom her hair was a mess and

Nicole looked like the Wicked Witch of the East.  For 75,200.00 a year in

salary she could at least look presentable.  Why was she even in Zoom Court

when her attorney and I were the only people who spoke?

I'm suing Housing for $50,000.00 for ongoing elder abuse and more.

I also have an MCAD case pending against Housing, filed in February 2025.

It is my opinion that Jean Daniel is not qualified as Housing Coordinator,

and that staffer Brian Arrington is useless to this tenant, harassing me

allegedly on  behalf of his boss.  These reprobates have to be removed.

Seniors who have spoken to me, confidentially, are afraid of speaking

up at Housing's deficiencies for perceived threats of getting thrown out.

Mayor Elect Van Campen needs to address these needs come January.

January 2, 2026 Whittier Drive needs to be reviewed, inspected and

changes must be made.
