The indignity of that jackass Jean Daniel at Everett Housing with
his nonsense.
I called Housing on Dec 24, 2024 about a broken smoke detector
and a shower that was jammed, and they refused to come, which
Joanne in Maintenance called "unacceptable."
Jean Daniel, refusing to look me in the eye, said I never called.
So I showed the elder abuser the phone and that, indeed, I had
called Housing for help.
So then that fat donkey Jean Daniel runs for office, and - as predicted -
lost in spectacular fashion.
The elder abuse seniors at Everett Housing - from Glendale's lack of
air conditioning and people getting ill, to the alleged drug dealers at
Whittier, and Nicole DiPierro inflicting crazy Charlie, Drunken Bob etc.
on seniors who need protection, it is disgusting.
Mr Daniel cozied up to me when he realized my enormous contacts in the
music industry. The new corporation already has contracts with Grammy winners
and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame artists, but Aunty Nicole would rather her
subordinate abuse this elder, and abuse me Jean Daniel did.
Get thee hence, Satan.
I am talking to PACE about entering into a contract with the new mayor
to handle 21 Whittier Drive, the community room. I've been very good
to Mystic Valley Elder Services, but they have proven that they do not have
the strength PACE does to serve the 120 or so apartments here.
My friend Shelby Perrault has lunch with 2 people in the community room,
one very hostile - her name is Sharon - with three women complaining to
me that Sharon keeps them OUT of the room..
Inclusion, Shelby? Shelby just waits there for people to come to the room,
and doesn't act proactive when I request that she reach out with SNAP benefits
denied to get free dinners from a Maria Bussell throwing a party.
Maria Bussell and I worked hard to get people there, we did double
what Carlo DeMaria did at his party.
I advised Ms. Perrault last year that she cannot mix a town drunk,
a violent person and hostile women with the good people at a
Christmas party.
So a friend and I went to 5 Guys in Chelsea by ourselves and
avoided Shelby's party with the miscreants and reprobates ruining
it for the majority of the good people who show up
Drunken Bob Bailot, aligned with Anthony DiPierro, would snap
photos of people secretly from his lap to intimidate. Shelby doesn't
get it. He should have been banned after multiple restraining orders
on Bailot (whose son allegedly slept with the late mother illegally
for 7 years, not on the lease)
Charlie Censullo, finally cuffed and allegedly sent to the psych ward,
was inflicted on the community by Mystic Valley Elder Services ignoring
my multitude of complaints. Waving a menacing flag pole with his racist
comments so ugly they made Anthony DiPierro's racism look minor league.
And Cousin Carlo DiPierro-DeMaria thinks he should be mayor?
Another jackass, Fat Adolph I call the outgoing mayor, as in Hitler.
Van Campen told Adrian Walker of the Globe that his first priority will be
restoring public trust in city government.
There is no trust with Nicole DiPierro abusing elders, screaming and yelling
at me in my building, conniving and threatening a man with congestive heart
failure and a broken arm (I am accusing, in court papers, Ms. DiPierro with
causing the congestive heart failure. A cardiologist told me that stressful
situations (Like a Housing Supervisor harassing a senior!) can cause CHF.
No senior should put up with the abuse of Nicole DiPierro and attorney
Francis La Rovere, another bastard who has to be put out to pasture by
the incoming mayor. Elder abuse? La Rovere's hands are so dirty, filthy
all the Comet Cleanser in the world won't scrub them to normal.
Sheesh, I'll also ask the judge to remove La Rovere's handsome son from
the bowels of hell at 492 Broadway. I'll protect him. Cuff him to my bed.
No, it's not sexual harassment, Fran, I'm just making a pass in public.
And that's just me being civil! Community minded, save the young lad from
his Darth Vader daddy is all I am doing before he gets his hand cut off like
Luke Skywalker.
What are my actual targets, all joking aside: To remove Fran LaRovere's license
to practice law, if you really want to know, and Nicole DiPierro's $75,200.00 a year job that she is hardly qualified for.
Just ask Delores if you don't think I can pull it off.
