For Immediate Release
AMBULANCES....WHEN ONE hears the fire trucks on Route 99,
the betting man says 'going to Whittier Drive," and the betting man
will win.
Quiet Enjoyment is something foreign to the elder community of Whittier
thanks to racist "City Councilor" for Ward 3 Anthony DiPierro, he who is
permanently banned from holding political events at 21 Whittier Community Room
thanks to yours truly. Anthony was a very bad boy violating the State Ethics Commission
rule on postering at Senior Housing, it seems. Aunty had to ban him permanently.
Aunty Nicole DiPierro - the Housing Supervisor - does not have a clue about
Quiet Enjoyment, shrieking and yelling at this senior's building because I collected
evidence on her nephew, that she personally had to ban.
The DiPierro family is very bad for Everett, Mayor Van Campen, but Rob Van Campen
knows this. Anthony and Nicole are in my opinion very bad people and the sooner
they are evicted from Housing and Ward 3, the better for the citizenry.

Understanding tenant rights in Massachusetts is crucial for maintaining the balance between renters and landlords. The concept of “quiet enjoyment” ensures tenants can live without undue disturbances or interference. This right emphasizes the importance of legal protections designed to uphold fair living conditions, shielding tenants from harassment or unaddressed maintenance problems. https://legalclarity.org/massachusetts-tenant-rights-quiet-enjoyment-and-legal-protections/
When Nicole DiPierro gets fixated on seniors that she hates,
When Nicole commits her serious elder abuse, she uses outgoing mayor
Carlo DeMaria, her cousin, as protection against tenant complaints.
See flyer on Sexual Harassment below. Allegedly the sexual predator
of Whittier Drive is finally leaving December 10, but why did it take so
long when he's been hitting on elders since 2022? Nicole? Why?
Have you seen the list of Housing staffers on the website?
Correct me if I'm wrong but it appears to be missing in action.
Didn't some woman Angelica, a former staffer, complain about
Aunty Nicole to the mayor, and the mayor wouldn't remove Nicole
because of nepotism? So Angelica allegedly quit. A ringing endorsement
of Aunty Nicole it was not, if true.
And only 4 Commissioners on the board? What's up with that?
