Attorney Fran La Rovere Slanders Senior in Front of a Judge 12/11/25 LaRovere A Threat to the Senior Community in Everett

 Criminal Elder Abuse is what it  is.

Carlo DeMaria's de facto Consigliere abuses his license to practice law. 

The unprincipled attorney, Francis La Rovere, has a building next to city hall.  I've watched the old reprobate do his thing in two different courtrooms.  LaRovere is a snake, and a threat to elders in the 620 or so apartments at Everett Housing Authority.

I have a good mind to take LaRovere's court filings and publish them as:

Elder's should not need a law degree to fight some disrespectful blowhard who preys on the disadvantaged.  His son is now working in the La Rovere office, someone call the Department of Social Services and have the state rescue the poor kid.  Good looking boy, must take after his mother.

 

 Pt 2 Atty Larovere and DiPierro Lie in Court, Abuse Senior Citizen  

Everett Can't risk a frivolous and bad-faith legal action against any member of 

the elder community, or the general public.

I submit that Nicole DiPierro and Attorney Francis LaRovere both have committed

the crime of the subornation of perjury, and I intend to prove it in a court of law.

LaRovere stated, in court, that they have 620 apartments at EHA, Everett Housing

Authority.  Can so many people be put at risk by a cousin of lame-duck Mayor DeMaria

and his de facto consigliere, LaRovere?

 

La Rovere laughed walking out of the court in June of 2024 asking

me "Did you sue us? Kergo said that you did."

"Fran," I stated, "The window closed at the treasurer's office

just as I was about to sue you."

So I was the first person to initiate this, something La Rovere conveniently

failed to tell the judge after I filed a complaint with Mass. Commission 

Against Discrimination February 14, 2025.

All sorts of harassment was initiated against me by Nicole DiPierro, who

thinks nothing of having a vendetta against a senior citizen for issuing her

a subpoena to court in the Bob Bailot case.  Nicole had La Rovere lie to

the judge for her, June 2024, and the judge knew they lied as I stated the

truth: They Know Everything.

Judge's are very smart and deal with snakes like La Rovere and their lies

every day.

The MCAD Action is still pending, and I have a lawyer for that case.

I intend to get a lawyer for my $50,000.00 case against Housing, which is

part of what prompted me to file against DiPierro and EHA at yesterday's hearing.

My claims are legitimate, and here's the good news, they are now on public

record for anyone to see.

I'm the piano player who helped get recycling for residents, and other good

things.  LaRovere, the dirty filthy liar, painted this writer as Adolph Hitler yesterday,

but, surprisingly, when it came to Bailot, didn't tell the judge about the malicious 

destruction of property in the community room, the police reports or the drunken rampages

Bob Bailot has gone on.  And certainly not the promotion of Anthony DiPierro

in the community room which helped cost Anthony's his right to have political

parties. 

There is a LOT more that I am bringing to the authorities AND investigating.

LaRovere called my filings "long and rambling" and "frivolous" but the

dirty bastard is wrong.   Remember, Judges are smart, and at the conclusion

of the hearing I stated "Your Honor, they lie" (Nicole DiPierro and Fran LaRovere)

They Lie.  On court record.

 

And so are my writings!

La Rovere is the quintessential bully using his law license like a weapon against

seniors, Donald Trump and Alina Habba.   And Ms. DiPierro is the excellent example

of a bitter, desperate, fang-less wicked woman whose cousin is being sent out to

pasture, her base of power.   We the voters threw the bucket of water on the 

Wicked Witch of Whittier Drive, Ms. DiPierro, just as I eliminated her damn

nephew, Anthony DiPierro, from his abuse of the community room

Abusers is what they are, criminally abusive of senior citizens.

After all I've done for Mystic Valley Elder Services they failed to

help me in a meeting in January with Ms. DiPierro, which I told the

judge, had her waving at me, mocking, smiling maliciously, how

old is she?  48 or 12?   Housing Supervisor or Village Idiot, that's

a rhetorical statement.

Village Idiot DiPierro (Nicole, as well as nephew Anthony, make that

plural) should spend more time educating herself and losing some

weight.   A slovenly cousin of the outgoing mayor thinks she is above

everyone.  THAT is called low self-image and we're afraid even the

confessional won't wash away Nicole's sins, or La Rovere's dirty mouth.

 

We've rid the city of  the outgoing mayor, DeMaria.  Now his nepotism must

follow him out the door.  All his connections which strangled life in Everett

must disappear.

A new mayor will be a breath of fresh air, and Housing must be cleaned up first.
