DiPierro in Court! Mayor-elect Van Campen Must Clean up Everett Housing Authority

Dear Mayor Van Campen:
You should be aware of a Motion I filed in Woburn Court, heard today at noon.
First, Ward 3 Councilor Anthony DiPierro's friend, Robert L. Bailot, Sr., was up
regarding his eviction notice. Now Ms. DiPierro knew for years about his son
allegedly living there, Bobby Jr., and allegedly using his brother's house as an
address. After years of Bailot abusing tenants and facing multiple restraining
orders, Ms. DiPierro, Housing Supervisor and aunt of the Ward 3 Councilor who
previously had to resign for racism, - the fellow Governor Maura Healey says
has no place in government, Anthony's Aunt Nicole never went after Bailot
in May of 2023 when he violated EHA's restraining order on him, under 209A
according to Fran LaRovere (La Rovere doesn't seem to understand what
209 A means but I allowed it because it allegedly has stronger teeth.)
The police, four wonderful officers, advised me to get my own restraining order
on Bailot, which I did. A written one and a verbal one from a judge.
Attorney LaRovere didn't go after Bailot for the violence, the destruction of
property in the community room, the postering of flyers not allowed on behalf
of Nicole DiPierro's nephew (my public records request got nephew Anthony
banned permanently from having parties in the Whittier recreation room) -
no, they are now going after Bailot for something I informed Ms. DiPierro
years ago.
It is called selective filing.
"I'm really good in court" Nicole DiPierro to me.
No - she is not. The middle-aged woman with a mean face
just sits there and lets LaRovere lie for her.
I'm happy the judge didn't fine me for contempt when I said
loud enough for the court to hear "La Rovere, what a piece of work."
Difficult/Unpleasant Person (Most Common):
Refers to someone hard to deal with,
often with negative personality
traits like being mean, tricky, or overly complicated
(e.g., "He's a
real piece of work").
Bob Bailot should have been removed when he sexually harassed me,
before he sexually harassed Sharon. The equal opportunity sexual
harasser does not belong around the seniors he allegedly wants to allegedly molest.
I intend to file an Amicus Curiae - friend of the court brief,
not to help Bailot, but to identify how LaRovere and DiPierro
abuse tenants and, by extension, I believe, they abuse the court.
Amicus curiae is a Latin term for a person or organization
that assists a court with information or expertise in a legal case.
You really need to re-evaluate Carlo's de facto consigliere, LaRovere.
The consigliere is a close, trusted friend and confidant, the mob's version of an elder statesman
LaRovere looks like the poor man's Tom Hagen from the Godfather.
Guess cousin Carlo couldn't afford Robert Duvall.
Hagen is the informally adopted son of the mafia boss Don Vito Corleone.
Actually, I think LaRovere more resembles the late actor Julian Beck who played
Reverend Henry Kane in Poltergeist II, but I digress.
So my motion against Everett Housing Authority was heard and LaRovere was
babbling like a madman and wanted money from me for filing against his client,
which of course, is my Constitutional right. The judge DENIED freaky Fran,
I can call him Fran as he told me in June of 2024, we are on a first name basis.

What's the difference?
Fran not only shouldn't get a dime from city hall in 2026 or ever, I intend
to strip him of his law license for inappropriate behavior in Malden that I cannot
talk about right now. Working on law enforcement to help me with that.
What I told the judge is that DiPierro is fixated and obsessed with me. She is.
And that Fran LaRovere is a liar. They both are.
I have an appointment so let's conclude this as Chapter 1 and we'll pick it up
again tomorrow, Your Honor Van Campen
Ms. DiPierro and Mr. LaRovere are a threat to the senior community,
a serious threat.
As I also told the judge, tenants fear tham, but I am willing to fight the good fight
against those reprobates.
