this is a lonely, bitter woman, in my opinion, and her claws
were extended the minute the moronic female realized I would
criticize her and her vulgar nephew, Anthony DiPierro.
Who would want to be friends with that individual?

The danger to seniors is the criminal elder abuse alleged by
Carlo DeMaria's malicious cousin, Nicole DiPierro.
Housing Coordinator Jean Daniel running for elected office
is like me applying for a job as rocket scientist. I am not
schooled in that area. Mr. Daniel would be lucky to be
garbage collector, out of his depth as Housing Coordinator
and needs to go as quickly as his boss Nicole.
And that is my professional opinion.
Anthony DiPierro has to go. His racist ways and inappropriate
use of the community room are extensions of his cousin who
supported him, the racism reflects on Carlo DeMaria because
Carolo put the racist cousin into power.
It's not fair.
Carlo putting Mr. Daniel in to attempt to counter Guerline Alcy
was as inappropriate as any bad thing Anthony DiPierro has done.
Shame on Carlo. Give the 180k back and more!
Carlo is not fair.
