Judge DENIES Nicole DiPierro's Request for Monies from a Senior for his filing a legitimate court case
Mayor-Elect Van Campen must remove Atty La Rovere and
Housing Director Nicole DiPierro, along with Housing Coordinator Jean Daniel from terrorizing seniors at Everett Housing Authority
Housing Supervisor DiPierro, aunt of racist Ward 3 Councilor Anthony DiPierro, is in a rage because I forced her to evict her nephew from ever having a campaign party at 21 Whittier
Housing Supervisor, who received $75,200 a year for doing nothing substantial for seniors, asked for monies because I exercised my First Amendment Right on Dec 11, 2025 to take those reprobates, LaRovere and Ms. DiPierro to court.
I told the judge seniors are terrified of those elder terrorists, LaRovere and Ms. DiPierro, but I am not. I fight on behalf of all senior tenants at Everett Housing Authority
They, LaRovere and DiPierro, need some serious prison time for their egregious abuse of the elder community.
That is our goal

My attorney was ignored by Everett Housing Authority and,
as of this writing, has not received what Constable Fixman
delivered to me today. I have CC'd Mr. Fixman, a professional
fellow that I have hired in the past.
The attorney for Everett Housing Authority, Francis LaRovere,
is not playing by the rules. I will be filing with an agency or
government agencies on what I allege was criminal conduct by
LaRovere and another attorney in Malden District Court.
The head clerk at Malden District Court advised me on how
to report LaRovere for the alleged misconduct with two key agencies.
What their retaliation is all about is that the outgoing mayor's cousin,
the Ward 3 Councilor, engaged in a putting a plethora of information
on his election on Housing property, obviously with permission of his
aunt, Nicole DiPierro. She had to evict her nephew from the premises
for campaign parties and has stalked and harassed me ever since.
It was a violation of rules set forth by the State Ethics Commission.
LaRovere can falsely accuse me of being a "terrorist," as I know
the rules and report LaRovere and the Housing Authority for their
wrongful conduct. La Rovere uses his law license to abuse the elderly,
in my opinion/I allege.
I am the piano player who is loved by tenants, LaRovere suborns perjury
(from my former elder care provider) and he is the terrorist frightening
senior tenants. As I told the judge last Thursday, Dec. 11, that the tenants are afraid
of him. I am not. I legally fight in court and with the MCAD.
Ms. DiPierro knew of her nephew's malfeasance which was ongoing after
her October 23, 2023 letter to him because I told her. She allowed him to
continue after her dog and pony show letter right up to Nov 4,2023, the election
being Nov 7, 2023.
A kind police officer on Nov 7 2023 urged me to file for a restraining order
on Nov 8 2023 in Malden Court because I was abused by DiPierro's
supporters. A senior citizen facing this kind of outrageous harassment
by LaRovere's client's nephew. With a new mayor come January 5, 2026,
we have a promise from mayor-elect Van Campen to clean up Housing.
Van Campen is not happy with outgoing mayor DeMaria's nepotism, which
is the family members on the gravy train, and Ms. DiPierro's $75,200.00
annual salary for menacing seniors.
In any event, if LaRovere fails to deliver the materials to my attorney,
they should be thrown in the waste basket.
