THE VICTIM SPOKE WITH CARLO DEMARIA AND HIS WIFE STACY DEMARIA,

THEY BLAMED OUTGOING PRESIDENT KERGO AND NOT THEIR COUSIN NICOLE DIPIERRO

DID ANGELICA SANTONASTASO (SEE ATTACHED) SENIOR PUBLIC HOUSING COORDINATOR

ALLEGEDLY GO TO EX MAYOR CARLO DEMARIA AND DEMAND NICOLE DIPIERRO BE FIRED?

AND THE FORMER MAYOR ALLEGEDLY SAID "I CAN'T, SHE IS MY COUSIN."

THEN THE HOUSING SITE WENT DOWN, AND WHEN IT REAPPEARED MS. SANTONASTASO'S

NAME NO LONGER APPEARED.   DID SHE QUIT BECAUSE OF NICOLE DIPIERRO, ALLEGEDLY,

AND HER ALLEGED DESIRE THAT DEMARIA REMOVE DIPIERRO?   WHY????  IF TRUE?  WHY?

AFTER THEY BLAMED KERGO, DEMARIA LOST THE ELECTION TO MAYOR VAN CAMPEN

WHO HAS PROMISED TO CLEAN UP HOUSING AUTHORITY AND WHITTIER DRIVE.

JUDGE DENIES NICOLE DIPIERRO'S REQUEST FOR MONIES FROM HER VICTIM

ATTY LA ROVERE ASKED FOR MONIES ON DEC 11, 2025 WHEN THE VICTIM 

FILED MOTIONS AGAINST DIPIERRO AND HOUSING

THE JUDGE DENIED DIPIERRO'S ATTEMPT AT WHAT I BELIEVE WAS ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL ELDER ABUSE

On December 11, 2025 the victim brought Nicole DiPierro and her attorney with the

unclean hands, Francis LaRovere into a court of law.  Ms. DiPierro throws temper tantrums

when an elder shines a light on her quiet enjoyment violations.  Cousin to the former mayor,
Carlo DeMaria, Ms. DiPierro is paid $75,200.00 per year and abuses her position, no alleged

necessary.

The victim alleges that Ms DiPierro is a perjurer, suborns perjury from another, and uses

the lying lips of Attorney LaRovere to tell mistruths to multiple judges in Malden District Court

and in Woburn.  Like a nasty 5th grade school teacher Ms. DiPierro ordered the victim to

"remove the clutter around your computer."  Simultaneously she acted like she was some sort

of friend to the elder she was abusing talking about "dancing" with her little daughter yet denying

the victim paperwork for his PCA, which the victim informed her of within the 21 days allowed

by the lease.  

REASONABLE ACCOMODATIONS THAT OTHER TENANTS ENJOY, AND ALL SORTS OF SERVICES

ARE DENIED A RENT-PAYING GOOD TENANT.  CURRENTLY THEY ARE STILL DENYING

REPAIR AT MY APARTMENT ALLEGEDLY OUT OF SPITE, ELDER CRUELTY AND MEANNESS.

DiPierro intentionally ignored the victim until he filed multiple public records requests

to obtain the information.    The victim attempted to work with Ms. DiPierro including giving her

Bette Midler and other vinyl lps, which she accepted.    

Ms. DiPierro is very unprofessional and is out of her depth.

HOUSING IS ONLY NOW OFFERING ALLEGED REASONABLE ACCOMODATIONS

TO THE VICTIM.

THE VICTIM'S CARDIOLOGIST WARNED HOUSING TO BE CAREFUL WITH THE

LEGAL PROCEEDINGS DUE TO THE VICTIM'S CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE 

AND HANDICAP   HOUSING ignored a cardiologist's request.

MALICIOUS FRAN LA ROVERE AND MS. DIPIERRO ONLY EXACERBATED THEIR

ELDER ABUSE, FILING FRIVOLOUS PAPERWORK CHRISTMAS 2024 AND 

CHRISTMAS 2025 DESIGNED TO TERRIFY THE VICTIM.  

Ms. DiPierro mocked the elder, waving and laughing at him after throughly abusing him.

The victim has filed with a government agency (Fen 14, 2025) and was threatening a lawsuit

in June of 2024, so do not believe the lying lips of Francis LaRovere, the victim was filing first.

This put DiPierro in a rage, shrieking and yelling in the building, and allegedly suborning perjury

from the victim's elder services person and allegedly a "pastor."  It is sick, depraved and this

elder is fighting for justice and to expose Ms. DiPierro as the overpaid fraud that she is.

Brian Arrington, a Housing staffer, showed up in the victim's parking space about a week

after Ms. DiPierro's meltdown in the building, threatening and taunting the victim.

Arrington made good on his threat.

BREAKING AND ENTERING AN APARTMENT ILLEGALLY

On July 3, an e mail from Steven Kergo stated that "maintenance"

broke into an elder's apartment to drop off a flash drive.  The handicapped,

elder person was at the Cardiologist next to Melrose/Wakefield Hospital

at the time.
