  Mr McGonagle: A Tenants' Union / Inexperienced Housing Director's Immaturity Hurts Tenants  We need a tenants' union, Mr. McGonagle, and if you want to run for office again, there is your platform. Billy Penney stated clearly in the community room "Happiest day of my life" when an alleged drug dealer in his building passed away   The alleged doggy belonged to someone else, allegedly, and was returned to the original owner, but Mr Penney alleged there were drug deals and a dog barking incessantly at the building behind the community room. The failure of Steven Kergo and Jean Daniel and Brian Arrington to safeguard seniors is - in my opinion (and allegation)   apathy mixed with malice. Why do bad people have to die for the seniors here to have some protection?  Kergo's Folly   It's a damn eyesore at Housing! while Nicole DiPierro told me personally that she cannot lose the weight, praising me for my work at the gym (I look darn good for 71!
