Att: Mayor Van Campen: Housing Allegedly Not Changing Locks for Tenants Moving because of Roof Repair
Mayor of Everett
Rob Van Campen
484 Broadway,
Everett, MA 02149
Phone: (617) 394-2270
Your Honor Van Campen and Mr. Connolly

Residents at Whittier are concerned that Housing, allegedly,
will not change the locks for tenants, allegedly allowing for
previous tenants to have multiple duplicate keys.
When I told this to Billy Penney this morning in the community room he
was aghast. It is horrifying that we elders can be murdered, raped,
assaulted, find our possessions stolen, because a Housing Supervisor
allegedly is not doing her job, nor is her staff.
Nicole DiPierro, cousin to ousted and embattled Carlo DeMaria,
is receiving monies that this tenant doesn't believe she is qualified
to receive, or deserve. See Exhibit A below:.
"Since 2020, the salary has increased by $44,567, a total rise of 145.5 percent."
With impunity, the unseemly, indecent Ms. DiPierro has proven time and again
she doesn't deserve a 145.5 % raise in salary. I've witnessed DiPierro in court
and she does nothing of substance, allowing attorney Fran LaRovere to engage
as her moutpiece-in-malice.
With expensive roof restoration and no use of Massachusetts solar panels which I
believe are at a substantial reduction in cost, public safety is now an issue as
Ms. DiPierro seems unable or uninterested in changing locks while changing
rooftops.
In one of my favorite James Bond movies, License to Kill, Franz Sanchez,
the drug kingpin (allegedly there are 3 on Whittier Drive, Mr. Kergo, think about it,)
features Sanchez's ruthless, business-like approach to eliminating problems
within his organization.
"Then I guess it's time to start cutting overhead"
My rent has nearly doubled because of, let's use the above word,
ruthless Nicole DiPierro and her henchmen, while her magic wand,
Cousin Carlo, is in what we hope is permanent exile.
Inappropriate Nicole DiPierro, aunt of the racist city councilor
permanently banned from having political parties at 21 Whittier,
abuses senior citizens. I am living proof of it.
Nicole Dipierro in 2024 was employed at Everett Housing Authority
and had an annual salary of $75,200, according to public records.
This salary was 39 percent higher than the average and 27 percent higher
than the median salary in Everett Housing Authority.
Everett Housing Authority records show
Nicole Dipierro held four jobs from 2020 to 2024.
Mr Kergo wrote me incensed that I am investigating his
deficient staff and demands respect. What? Like Trump
saying he is "exonerated" for alleged child molestation,
after a judge called Trump a rapist.
DiPierro and her nephew deserve zero respect.
My opinion is that they should be incarcerated
along with Jean Daniel, Brian Arrington and
attorney-with-the-unclean-hands prostituting his
license to practice law, Francis La Rovere III
In any event, if I am honored to be on the Board of Commissioners
for Housing, one of my first duties will be to change the locks
and protect the seniors.
Simultaneous with evicting the eviction queen herself, aunty Nicole.
Carlo is gone, his family should exit with him.
Nepotism does NOT help Everett, not with that huge salary
for Nicole DiPierro's incessant elder abuse.
JAMES BOND
The phrase "Then I guess it's time to start cutting overhead"
is a well-known quote from the 1989 James Bond film Licence to Kill.
The line is spoken by the villain, Franz Sanchez (played by Robert Davi),
The context of the quote in the IMDb quotes section is:
- Truman-Lodge: (after two of their drug tanker trucks are destroyed) "Brilliant! Well done, Franz! Another eighty-million dollar write-off!"
- Sanchez: "Then I guess it's time to start cutting overhead." (Shoots him)
The scene emphasizes Sanchez's ruthless, business-like approach to eliminating problems within his organization.
