We need a tenants' union, Mr. McGonagle, and if you want to
run for office again, there is your platform.

building passed away The alleged doggy belonged to someone
else, allegedly, and was returned to the original owner, but
Mr Penney alleged there were drug deals and a dog barking

The failure of Steven Kergo and Jean Daniel and Brian Arrington to safeguard
seniors is - in my opinion (and allegation) apathy mixed with malice.
Why do bad people have to die for the seniors here to have some protection?
Mr. Kergo wants "respect" he has not earned. He and Mr Daniel and
the fraudulent Ward III Councilor's aunty Nicole can all go to hell. They
are evil, and their elder abuse causes real harm, aided and abetted by
that fulminating lunatic attorney, Fran LaRovere.
Atty LaRovere stupidly called the Housing "restraining order Agreement"
under 209a. 209A is for a relationship and I can assured you there was
no relationship other than tenant abuse from the ugly, violent,
reaking-of-alcohol, dirty, filthy drunk who allegedly wanted to have sex
with Sharon, and who attempted to drag me into the bathroom for a
sexual encounter, The now-deceased was a violent, despicable individual
that Nicole DiPierro failed to rein in, or evict. Because Bailot was friends
with Nicole's racist, unethical nephew, Anthony DiPierro.
Bill Penney was delighted that someone died, an alleged drug dealer,
and you can be assured the Yahtzee crowd has and had no love for
Robert L. Bailot, Sr., the menace of Whittier Drive along with crazy Charlie.
So for $75,200.00 that whackjob Nicole and her fat pit bull Jean Daniel
commit elder abuse galore because of the clown who still thinks that
he is mayor, Carlo DeMaria, the Democratic version of Donald J Trump.
Respect, Steven Kergo? Maybe when you are all incarcerated.
Usng the same 2024 financial information Nicole and Jean and Steven
almost doubled my rent. With no cause, just because they want to
harm a handicapped man with a broken arm and congestive heart failure.
These bastards are criminal, in my opinion, and the new mayor needs to
clean house, clean up Whittier and EHA - Housing - as he promised at his
last visit to Whittier Drive.
Joanne Held and Ernie J Barbati were good people. I got along with
them, and they are gone. We are saddened by their passing.
But when it comes to a violent drunk upending the twilight of our
lives while we have illnesses and hospitalization, shame on
Kergo, Daniel, LaRovere, Arrington, DiPierro and DiPierro, LLC,
the disturbed and unbalanced crew screwing senior citizens who
pay their outrageous "rent."
We need a tenants' union, Mr. McGonagle, and if you want to
run for office again, there is your platform.
