Death of DiPierro De Facto 21 Whittier Campaign Manager 2/25/26

When my good friend Karen passed on Nov 19, 2010 I made a phone

call to her father-in-law, manager of her famous husband.  He and

Karen were at odds, they strongly disliked each other (I was 
Switzerland and got along with both) ... Old Joe said to me

"It's sad when anyone dies."  He was most gracious at the passing

of his mortal enemy.   The husband, father-in-law have both

passed since.

Anthony DiPierro's Ward III de facto campaign manager did

not belong here.  Rumor is that he died with a huge Whiskey

bottle near him at the end, an allegation, a rumor...but you

have to hold Jean Daniel, Nicole DiPierro and Steven Kergo

responsible, as well as Anthony DiPierro, for the public

nuisance who harassed, bullied, violated a restraining order

agreement, smashed a vase in the community room, had

police officers coming to protect residents, just another

Anthony DiPierro thug.

An alleged "drug dealer," one of many alleged to be at

Whittier courtesy of do-nothing Housing Supervisor and

aunt of the reprobate Ward III councilor, Nicole DiPierro,

called the late individual on speaker phone (so much 

for the wiretap laws) screaming in my hallway at 3 Whittier

"I'm going to take you and your son behind Dunkin' Donuts

and beat you both"  (paraphrased.)

The illegal casino owner (at Housing, Nicole!!!) and alleged

friend of Carlo DeMaria, and alleged drug dealer making

threats because the individual allegedly caused an accident

in the Dunkin' parking lot on a disabled person.  I met the

disabled person and heard the story from him.

The alleged drug dealer also stated/alleged that the deceased

person re-programmed the television at 21 Whittier to keep

tenants from using it, so that he had complete control over

it.

Nicole DiPierro gets paid $75,200.00 annually, allegedly, her

paycheck, cousin of Carlo DeMaria allegedly had a 144.1 %

jump and she exacts this foolishness on seniors with handicaps?

That is a good case to fire Nicole DiPierro for cause.

You've read about people stealing parking spaces after snow

storms and causing violence?  Nicole DiPierro's lack of concern

for seniors - I believe - led to a parking spot act of violence here.

In fact, in 2024 Brian Arrington, a staffer, harassed me personally

while hijacking my parking space ....right after Nicole DiPierro

was screaming and yelling "I'm TIRED OF THIS" after I issued

her a subpoena to court to testify about the now late town drunk.

Ms DiPierro had lying lawyer Fran LaRovere mislead the Court (and

by extension the judge) with his usual perjury-via-counsel, in June

of 2024 and incensed Ms. DiPierro went on the warpath with her

trademarked elder abuse.

Anthony DiPierro has some bad people around him, allegedly,

at election time.  Aunty Dearest is only happy to accommodate

her nephew, rather than give reasonable accommodations to

good tenants, which is her job.

Of course if you take pictures of Anthony DiPierro's misbehavior

Nicole does not consider you a good tenant.  Why she needs to

be fired, because if Nicole and Atty LaRovere call you names,

that means you are doing something right for the seniors.

The seniors that Nicole and Fran hate with a vengeance.

A DiPierro thug who assaulted people, who had restraining orders,

who gambled so much at the corner store we avoided it, who was

a public nuisance with police action and the awful smell of booze,

is now deceased.

Nicole was informed, by me, about the son living at the apartment

years ago.  She failed to act until recently.  Why?

Why didn't Aunty Nicole get her nephew's friend into AA?

Because Nicole DiPierro could know that drug dealers are on the

property (allegedly) and not do a damn thing.

Cousin Carlo is deposed.  The political coup worked.

There is no reason for the stain of Everett Housing, Nicole DiPierro,

to continue her wrongful conduct.

Usually, it is sad when someone dies, but with the death of

Mr. DiPierro's drunken de facto Whittier campaign manager,

the community breathes a sigh of relief.  No more false police

reports, no more wrecking the community room, no more Bingo

with only 2 attendees.   

Perhaps the death of the individual who disturbed the peace

with the blessing of Housing (when they put a weird restraining

order agreement on him Jan `12, 2023, he violated it in May and

Nicole turned a blind eye) is an indication of more clean-up to come?

When Steve Kergo makes his exit he should take Jean Daniel,

Nicole DiPierro and her nephew along with him.

As that old lawyer joke goes "It would be a good start."

The thug of Whittier Drive is now deceased.
Send Kergo, Nicole,Jean, Anthony DiPierro and unclean Fran LaRovere

to hell with him.

That would be a very good start
