while Nicole DiPierro told me personally that she cannot lose the weight, praising me for my work at the gym (I look darn good for 71! The guys think I'm 51!!!) she is sitting at home at night with snacks and high calorie stuff, she admitted, "dancing with my daughter" - unprofessional rants to a tenant who is NOT her friend. Is Nicole that lonely and with such low self-image??? Maybe Nicole should move her obese derriere to the front door of Housing and shovel the snow for the elderly tenants that she loves to abuse.

Executive Director Steve Kergo needs to be fired for cause.
Please appoint me to the Board of Commissioners to see some
positive results around here that lazy Kergo and his ultra lazy
staff take pay for with nothing but trash and broken front steps
at Housing to show for it.

1)As I delivered a letter to Everett Housing Authority, the front
steps have been a health hazard for at least over two months.
2)With congestive heart failure I had to walk around to the
handicap ramp, in the cold, and risk huffing and puffing and the
need to sit down to rest my body and heart. Because of broken

What is Mr Steven Kergo thinking having trash surrounding
Housing? An Arizona soda can, paper goods everywhere,
he has a maintenance staff, yet all elderly tenants cannot
use the front steps....
it is a mess, with their huge salaries and failure to do simple
tasks for the residents. I have been denied many services for
my money
...while Nicole DiPierro, one of the laziest people I have ever
had the poor fortune to encounter, gets a Carlo DeMaria special,
it seems, a pay increase
