Ward 3 Councilor DiPierro a Danger to Elders at Whittier / For 5 days our walkway unplowed until Friday

Ward III Councilor Anthony DiPierro and his aunt, Housing Director Nicole DiPierro

are not proactive when it comes to the safety of elder residents at Whittier Dr. 

After the snow fell, the building at Lynn St/McKinley St. got their walkways plowed,

but at Whittier/ McKinley we had to suffer for five days before my Grievance to Housing

got some results.

A senior woman downstairs at 3 Whittier has an ambulance here about every two weeks.
My complaint to Housing stated that if an ambulance comes, will Housing offer a dog sled?

Seriously.   ON Wednesday evening, 1/28/26 I had to carry my very ill cat up McKinley to

the nearest driveway, walk her around the block with my own congestive heart failure,

and drive to the vets.  She passed away in the car, no doubt the cold and the walk to

the car having the doctor tell me that her heart had stopped.

The trip to the doctor the day before with my car buried in the snow had a friend drive

me, where we got her pain meds for her final day.   =The doctors believed she would

live longer...but, again, we had to go up McKinley for my friend to pick us up in an

emergency BECAUSE HOUSING DIRECTOR NICOLE DIPIERRO AND MAINTENANCE GUY

BRIAN ARRINGTON, ALONG WITH PASTOR JEAN DANIEL IN HOUSING DENY ME SIMPLE

SERVICES THAT OTHER TENANTS GET FOR OUR RENT MONEY.   THEY REFUSE TO 

PLOW 3 WHITTIER, DESPITE THE WOMAN DOWNSTAIRS' NEED FOR AN AMBULANCE,

PROBABLY AS PART OF THEIR VENDETTA AGAINST ME FOR EXPOSING THEM, FILING

AN MCAD COMPLAINT THEY ARE DESPERATE FOR ME TO DROP (MY OPINION IS THEY

ARE ALL SO GUILTY, AND IT WAS HUD WHO TOLD ME TO FILE WITH MCAD, SO IT IS

A LEGITIMATE CASE) 

 

Joanne in Maintenance called Arrington's threat not to give me timely services

"Unacceptable."  But you know it is Ward III Councilor's aunt Nicole who has a 

vendetta against this senior, laughing, waving and mocking me, she is so immature

how did she graduate 3rd Grade?  Allegedly, Nicole DiPierro is loathed in the

community; allegations are she was a joke in high school, so with Carlo DeMaria

employing nepotism and unqualified people, we seniors are at great risk.

 

If Darren Costa was still Ward III Councilor I can assure you it would have been plowed

or Darren would have helped shovel the dangerous walkway himself.

Anthony DiPierro, a known racist now banned permanently from holding political parties

at 21 Whittier, is the invisible man.  Allergic to work he takes your paycheck, taxpayers,

and laughs and spits at you by his inaction.

SHAME ON ATTORNEY FRAN LAROVERE FOR HIS PARTICIPATION IN THE ELDER ABUSE.

We praise the maintenance guys and blame Nicole DiPierro for her failure to do her job

and protect elders.  Ward III councilor's aunt Nicole is too busy committing the crime of

elder abuse along with attorney-with-the-unclean hands Fran LaRovere to give a damn

about your grandma and grandpa at Whittier, at $75,200 a year for aunt Nicole, give or

take her perks

he resigned and taken his blood money paycheck to Aruba with cousin Carlo?

 

With dozens of individuals coming through the unlocked front door.  It took about 10 months for

Kergo to finally act, yet we could have been robbed or even raped by the crew coming

through the revolving door.  Atty Larovere on Jan 12, 2023 filed a 209A restraining

order Agreement on a drunkard who attempted to have sex with me in the bathroom.

 

It was absolutely disgusting, and you know I have two serious cases against Housing

for putting me in danger for merely volunteering as the piano player, at the request of

Mystic Valley Elder Services.

 

What Executive Director of Housing lets an alleged drug dealer run an illegal gambling

casino at 3 Whittier endangering two elder ladies and one elder man, me?

Mayor Van Campen needs to remove the perpetually retiring Steve Kergo,

the deficient and overpaid Nicole DiPierro, Brian Arrington, Jean Daniel

and the judge-annoying Fran LaRovere, Esquire.

They hurt seniors.   Anthony DiPierro is an embarrassment and must resign again.

The most successful thing Anthony DiPierro ever did was resign, so he should

take the hint.

We thank Maintenance people Joanne, Chris Giarratana, Mel, younger Chris,

Matt Parker and the other terrific people in Maintenance who have to deal with

some very bad staffers at Everett Housing Authority.  Why is Delores Ross still

there?  Ross, DiPierro, DiPierro, Kergo, Daniel, Arrington, these individuals,

I believe, are a serious threat to the senior community and they must be

relieved of duty, along with LaRovere.

We know my success in cleaning up Medford Housing Authority, I call 

Delores Ross the Medford Housing exile.  So why are we stuck with her?

   

Mr. Chris Connolly, please bring this to the attention of the new mayor.

Carlo is gone, and his cousins should be as well.
