We are seniors dealing with handicaps facing a vicious monster
in Carlo DeMaria's unbalanced and unqualified cousin with a pay
raise she didn't earn and doesn't deserve. Carlo is gone, so should be
Anthony and Nicole, his cousins.

This victim of Ms. DiPierro submits that misbehavior and thuggery
caused by Nicole DiPierro's bad actions have a deleterious effect
on the senior tenants here. Nicole is a menace who must be
fired for cause.
