Hello Mystic Valley Elder and Rep McGonagle:
Elder abuse? A woman in my building and a fellow across the street
have complained that an alleged drug dealer "borrowed" $2000.00 from
the woman, and $1,000.00 from a fellow across the street.
When is Mystic Vallen Elder going to intervene regarding the
elder abuse these two seniors allege?

2)Check out the new No Dog Walking sign that just appeared on the property
NO TRESPASSING, NO DOGS ALLOWED
HA, what a joke. People from McKinley ALL walk their doggies behind
my home/apartment, and negligent Housing Supervisor Nicole DiPierro,
her nephew - a definite dog in racist / city councilor Anthony DiPierro
(now there's an oxymoron) and Jean Daniel never police the area.
They are so lazy for the huge money that they make.
President Steve Kergo? I'm wondering if Mr. Kergo actually PUTS the hat
in the door for that other alleged drug dealer/casino owner to let Tom, Dick
and Harry into senior housing.
Nicole DiPierro needs to be fired for cause. Dogs galore barking on our
property, not hers but our property, with no Quiet Enjoyment thanks to
unbalanced Aunty Nicole.
3)Just filed a report with the Victim's Witness Advocate at the D.A.'s office.
The sister of the guy who assaulted me on or about Jan 15, 2026 has tried to post her libelous
comments in an online group. She was flagged.
Also sent Janelle the MVES nurse over to check up on her, because I care.
The crazed woman's hillbilly brother and wife from New Hampshire
stole my parking space, and then both assaulted me, physically hit me,
with a very credible witness (a manager) watching and filing
a police report against the two elder abusers.
I said wonderful things about my friends Ernie and Joanne,
who both passed away within the past few months.
They were nice people.
4)Speaking of death, Bill Penney said that the happiest day of his
life was when another alleged drug dealer died.
On March 5th allegedly after 5 pm the menace and town drunk
will be "celebrated" " a celebration of life at the
Village Bar and Grill, 38 Norman St, Everett, MA. "

The individual was a menace to life at Whittier Drive
and his death has made Whittier Drive more safe.
The facts are the facts. Haing a "celebration of life"
for the town drunk at a Bar and Grill ....well, do
the math.
Nicole DiPierro, Anthony DiPierro,
Jean Daniel, Steven Kergo, Brian Arrington
and Atty Francis LaRovere should be held
responsible for aiding and abetting the
town drunk/menace of Whittier Drive, and
to a certain extent Mystic Valley Elder Services
who coddled the sexual harasser/maniac.
There was no safety while that drunkard was
alive and Whittier tenants can breathe a sigh
of relief now that the bad person is dead.
With the death of the drunk, Whittier is safer.
Blame Aunty Nicole DiPierro for failing the
residents here and not evicting the bad person
when this resident gave her pertinent information
years ago. Shame on Nicole DiPierro and
Jean Daniel. Shame, shame, shame.
I will stay at 3 Whittier as long as I desire,
however we need a larger apartment and
are actively looking, on our terms.
One of the drawbacks at Whittier is having
an invisible man for city councilor,
Anthony DiPierro, who collects a paycheck
but is never helping the community here.
Cousin of exiled ex mayor Carlo DeMaria,
just another exhibit why the DiPierro and
DeMaria families are so bad for Everett.
People not from here walk their dogs here
and Nicole DiPierro don't give a damn,
neither does her racist nephew. Barking
and no quiet enjoyment due to DiPierro
negligence. Or Nicole herself yelling and
screaming at tenants on behalf of the town
drunk. Well, that's over, thanks to the
drunk dying, nothing that Nicole did on
behalf of the community.
Tenant Parking Only is ignored because
Aunty Nicole takes the 75,200.00 paycheck
and is an absentee landlord.

They need to be fired for cause.
