Carlo DeMaria came up to me and said "Joe, you criticize me, and you eat my food."

This was in the community room at 21 Whittier 

I never met that individual before.   There were about 18 people in the room,

including DeMaria's relatives (Mayor Van Campen had over double that! for his event) 

Of course, being the guy who banned permanently Anthony DiPierro from the room

for ethics violations,  one would figure Mr DeMaria would know his enemy.

What was I thinking at that moment?  It's OUR FOOD not the food of Carlo,

ahem. You are at senior housing and offering food, but like Donald Trump are

you going to discriminate against the seniors for their point of view?  (the voters,

by the way, agreed with me.)

"Your Honor," I replied, I used to love you for bringing the Casino to town
(I do not gamble, drink or do drugs, other than the prescribed kind, Anthony) 

and the amazing job you've done with the TV station...but that $180,000.00 ...."

(paraphrased.)

"Joe, let me tell you about the 180 grand..." But we all know the story so I turned

around and walked away.   Later on Stacy DeMaria and Carlo DeMaria spent their

time Kergo-Bashing, blaming Steven Kergo for what Nicole DiPierro, Carlo's unbalanced

cousin, was doing to the elder community.  I thought Stacy DeMaria looked like the

stand-in for Lily Munster from the Munsters TV show, but I digress.  Carmen DeMaria's

wife, Christina, is a lot prettier AND a lot nicer.  She has always treated me well.

Bless her heart.  But being allergic to women, what do I know?

Reading Housing had accepted me, but had no apartments, and I was signing the

Everett Agreement with Stephanie Santos, another good person like Christina. There

are some great people at housing.  Stephanie let me take the phone call at the 

moment I was signing the lease, and it broke my heart because Reading is next

door to where my office is (Wakefield) and the apartments are nicer, and as we

now know, there isn't the lack of Quiet Enjoyment, a  further stain upon Nicole DiPierro's

horrifying record of abuse, with her coddling the late Bob Bailot, friend of her nephew,

Charles Censullo - the poor guy with alleged delerium who does not belong here,

but he's the "Nicole Special" here designed to ruin Quiet Enjoyment, and so many

illegal drug dealers one thinks that they are LIVING in a pharmacy.

My God, big pharma should sue Housing just to get rid of the competition

Notice I didn't say "alleged" when referencing illegal drug dealers.  Add casino

owning thug to the description as well.  Police Chief Strong where the hell

are you?

Look, I like the Everett Police, actually.  They've been professional where

the Medford Police, their ex chief (Leo A Sacco Jr) and their ex mayor, McGlynn,

all want to shoot me.  HA HA HA......they just hate investigations into their

wrongful conduct, officer Harry MacGilvray, don't they?

One of the police officers here was very helpful to me.  I had just came

back from my medical team and opened the back door and took out a

bag of my prescription medication.  I opened the bag and said "I've got

more drugs than a drug dealer."

Sad but true. though I had a horrible January and February and was

looking at the Medford Police Blotter to see if they were about to throw

a party.   The joke's on them, the new cardiologist has adjusted the

meds and I'm doing, according to the doctor, eight percent improvement!

Which is better than 8 percent in the other direction, no?

Hey, Idaho mayor Hogaboam died at a town hall meeting on Wednesday.

Rick Hogaboam for Nampa Mayor / ....in the middle of the speech he justdropped dead (March 18) and Neil Sedaka, one of my favorites in his 80'shad his heart give out.   Why I do not perform anymore, I guess.
Medford's Chief Buckley has to hold off on that party when it comes to me,ex Sergeant Barbara Decristofaro !!!!

MVES, actually MVEA - Mystic Valley Elder Abusers, are on the warpath andsaying very bad things about me, allegedly, to my medical providers.

If that isn't elder abuse, Police Chief Strong, Police Chief Buckley, I do notknow what is.  How petty.  How little of them.
I have filed grievances because of   a)the late Bob Bailot asking to have sexwith Sharon, allegedly, after he wanted to drag me into the community roombathroom for sex (we were up to 3 restraining orders on him - he skipped outon one court session or there would have been 4, before he kicked the bucket.Hope he's having fun in hell with Adolph Hitler....)
Oh, sue me for  making your jaw drop.   I only say what people are thinking. They hated that drunken reprobate, Robert L. Bailot Sr., and if they couldthey would throw a party that he left his mortal coil on Feb 25  (Nicole looks up new word, not coil, '"mortal" )

Hey, I nearly died 5 times since Feb 14, 2025, and that I can jokeabout it is a good thing.    AS  I take AN aspirin while writing this,seriously, I log the time I take these 10 or 11 medications (dependingupon the day)  Aspirin 2:45 pm today,  Fish Oil 1000 mg....that's justthe fun stuff, the more grisly pills I will leave out of this email.

The problem is that Housing Supervisor Nicole DiPierro gets75,200$$ and sits on her bloated derriere.  She's a fraud, a con-artist, and an elder abuser.
And she works in concert with the Mystic Valley Elder Abusersso that Bailot-alleged-sex-victim Sharon and overweight Billy Boyat what, 63 years of age (now there's someone in need of medication, Charlie!!!!) abuse the community room with a vengeance.
While I filmed a documentary on MVES and the good thingsthat they do, with grant money from Everett Cultural Council,the petty petty people at MVEA, excuse please, MVES - praising me on camera, are too cowardly to say it to myface....so they harass my medical providers.  Now THATis elder abuse!
MVES asked me to play piano, and I volunteered for twoyears until a flag-waving maniac, Charlie, drunken Bob Bailotsmashing a vase and moving furnitures, all very violent, are allowed to do it because the woman running the roomis shy and out of her depth.

Mystic Valley is just pissed that I asked the mayorto put the room up for bid.
Once Nicole Anti-Christ is gone and not letting hernephew violate ethics rules, which I allege Nicoledid as well, we can remove the DeMaria stain fromEverett.
It's entrenched people, it is sick, and someone hasto do it.
Me?  I've got the experience.  We will send them all to hell!
