Mr. Jean Daniel wrote a nice letter from Housing that
they will monitor the situation at 21 Whittier Dr. That is
what we senior tenants ask, the room belongs to all of us.

It is time Everett City Hall re-evaluate MVES and its connections to
Carlo DeMaria.   Housing Supervisor Nicole DiPierro is closely aligned with MVES
and it is my opinion as a journalist and former market research person that this
is a serious CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

FULL DISCLOSURE: On the advice of HUD I filed with the MCAD on 2/14/25
and my lawyer filed a retaliation complaint on EHA and Ms. DiPierro. That
complaint is now pending, along with other complaint(s) on Ms. DiPierro
and her attorney, Fran LaRovere that have been filed and/or will be filed.

When I won the TV 3 battles in Medford Judge Jackson Thompson noted
at city hall that people called her names and she ignored them.  I'm learning
to follow the judge's lead.  Oh my God, elder services is supposed to help
people in the twilight of their lives, but some of the people at MVES can be
downright vicious.   Don't take my word for it, read complaints on Yelp,
Glassdoor and possibly other sites on the web

Cons

Incredibly micromanaging Treats staff like children Disrespectful of master level clinicians Unbelievably low salary Unsupportive of minority staff members (lgbt and Haitian)

Advice to Management

Less micromanagement. Increase salary. Fire old parochial management and hire new fresh progressive staff.



We'll keep this short and sweet for maximum impact.
Some of the toxicity at MVES which harms the elder community
can be directly tied to the policies at Ms. DiPierro's 21 Whittier
Drive Community room.   4 people have died at Whittier in
the past 8 months or so, and some people are very, very ill.
Ms DiPierro's lack of empathy, her downright cruelty,  her
failure to do her job from keeping dogs from walking behind
Whittier (No Dogs Allowed sign) to failing to have the snow
plowed (it took over 5 days in 2026) is not why she gets
$75,200.00 per year, cousin Carlo!!!!

 first they said I was not authorized to live their and then we went to court then they change it to they didn't I know was their and the judg3 said for 7 years it was depperio who was so nasty and racist after the party I was living with past she was even naster

Nicole said u waited a week to notify them. Then after the change the locks once shrback over and change the twice that idiot kirgo said o e of his spies said I was still living their it was a kirfo lie.

We had bedbugs 7 times cockroaches sewer flies they then sent the bug person ove who snuck and took pictures against us.

Carlo ran that place like his 1 apartment sits for 4 years so someone uses it for storage and with all the people homeless they save apartments for friends and family

Joe Mcgonagle helps place friends and family in these housing units. I move out this coruptv city under Carlo administration let's hope the new mayor will do what he has to do to alleviate this problem. A d our neighbor had his family living with them for years nothing done me 21 days with a friend.
