Are You Having Sex with Your Personal Care Assistant? Sexual Harassment from 21 Whittier Room Coordinator Shelby Perrault
On or about Dec 17 and Dec 19 2024 Crazy Charlie interfered in my meeting with Shelby Perrault of Mystic Valley Elder Services. "You cxxxxxcker" he screamed, "I'm going to get you." Charlie interrupted a meeting between me and my services provider from MVES, yet Housing did not evict Charlie, and disgustingly, Perrault, who was called a 4 letter (see you next Tuesday) vulgarity from Charlie, and "Motherxxxxer" in front of witnesses, got coddled by Perrault.
Perrault's partner-in-crime, embattled Housing Supervisor Nicole R. DiPierro, sent an eviction notice to me blaming me for Charlie's incessant disturbing of the peace. Charlie walked by today yelling "God Bless America" near multiple stores which allegedly ban him and call the police on him.
There is no safety at Whittier Drive, but I have assurances from the mayor's office that things will change.
There is a new Board of Commissioners at Housing, and I've put requests in to remove Jean Daniel and Nicole R DiPierro, agents of Nicole's cousin, disgraced, dishonest and embattled Carlo DeMaria.
Meanwhile, I have an application for a restraining order against DiPierro to be heard this Friday morning. It is my 2nd application in 2 years, incorporating my complaint of July 10, 2025.
July 3, 2025, while I was at the cardiologist, I have written confirmation from the outgoing Housing Executive Director that DiPierro's staff are guilty of breaking and entering my apartment while I wasn't home. Nicole R DiPierro has come to my apartment frequently with no 24 hour notice, and she has keys to my apartment. It is terrifying.
Shelby Perrault's Mystic Valley Elder Services used to provide for me, but I left them August 1, 2025 for a much better service. SHOCKINGLY, these agents of Ms. DiPierro went to my medical provider demanding confidential information on me and interfered in my working with my medical staff.
My new medical team DENIED MVES and was horrified that they would dare such a thing.
Ms. Perrault, who found her husband on Bumble because she says she's shy (then why is she working with elders? She should not be, and she plays favorites) wanted to know if I am having sex with my Personal Care Assistant, a man she called handsome that I met in "real life," not some sordid dating app for insecure people.
I meet ALL of my many friends in Real Life....
Ms. Perrault has no right knowing my sex life or interfering in my medical services (she is extremely jealous of my new medical provider sobbing that she's losing "all" her people to them.) Well, what does that tell you?
