Yours truly was in Malden District Court today resurrecting my

harassment protection order that I filed on July 10, 2025.

In fact, at that time, Attorney Fran LaRovere said to the judge "Your Honor,

you have the restraining order" (on the woman) and the judge

corrected Mr. LaRovere saying it was an application, not the

R/O that I am seeking against her.

Today a new judge heard my request and it will be heard

next week.   

The woman is complaining that I took pictures of her office?
Can you believe that?

No, I took pictures of broken steps at Everett Housing Authority

and I beleve EHA fixed the steps where we elders pay rent.

Perjury, she doesn't leave home without it.

That's as bad as the late Bob Bailot asking a judge for a

restraining order on me for "defaming his truck."  Sounds

like she wrote Mr. Bailot's script for him, and I consider

it using the court in a manner in which it was not intended.

I obtained my third restraining order on Bailot that day.
A verbal one.  The previous two were on paper.

I was invited to a party at the Kowloon, but knowing

that the stalker would allegedly be there, I declined

saying "No way in hell I would go" if she were there.

She is claiming that because I didn't want to go to

her alleged reunion, because I chose to stay away from

a woman obsessed and fixated with me, she needs

to abuse the courts with nonsense that the courts

were not intended for???

Someone at the court said to me "A lot of people do it"
(Abuse the court with frivolous matters.)   I think we can

possibly ask the judge to stop her and her attorney from

filing more nuisance suits.

I allege that she is more than just a petty annoyance.

She has the keys to my home and said "I can come

to your apartment anytime I want."  Indeed, Steve Kergo

was kind enough to tell me they broke into my apartment

the week before the courtcase, July 3, 2025, probably

looking to create fake evidence.  Allegedly.

You know how some women are fixated with homosexuals,

some of them can't find a date and obsess that same-sex

men will fall in love with them.  It creeps us out!  So they get

their revenge making false accusations and engaging in

alleged perjury.    

False charges no one should fear; my only worry is that

the court might come after me for polygamy....but with

enough fake names and marriage licenses in different

states, I might walk between the raindrops.

That's a joke, of course. 

We never see you at the community room, Anthony.

In any event, some two bit lawyer calling me a "terrorist"

in front of a judge goes a long way to prove my point

that - allegedly - he is churning and filing frivolous paper

to make an extra dime.  Poor thing.

File this under NRD-Individual 1.  Negligent,  Reprobate,

Denier-of-Services. 

The First Amendment gives me - and others - the right

to write.  

A housing authority supervisor or executive director is generally considered a public figure (or at least a "limited-purpose public figure") 

due to the nature of their role in managing public funds, overseeing public housing, and acting as public officials or employees. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Key details on why they hold this status:
Public Position: Housing authorities are independent public agencies or governmental bodies.
Public Scrutiny: Because they manage public housing and oversee significant funding, 

their performance and compensation are matters of public concern and scrutiny.

The person should resign.  If she cannot take broken steps at Housing as a public nuisance

which my photographs fixed, then she should be removed for cause or resign.

You know what Somerville Councilor Holly Simione  said:

...citing that (Decristofaro's) position of authority makes the offense especially wrong

 Talking about an ex Sgt in Medford abusing her 88 year old mother's placard:

Your aunt, being in a position of authority, makes the offenses I have filed against

her 1oo times more egregious. She abuses her authority.  I don't mind giving you my

legal strategy as it is the God's - honest - Truth.  If you are going to collect

$75,200.00 annually you can't have agents harassing your legitimate critic.

She should know better.  Rather than put a Charles Censullo

in an institution, rather than be a de facto elder helper via her position, 

your aunty is the quintessential elder abuser.  That's a fact.   I'm living

proof of it.  An alleged drug dealer puts a hat in the front door of 3 Whittier

and dozens of gamblers and drinkers with no CORI check came into

this building.  For shame.   Where was my public safety?

Your aunt treats me like I'm some boyfriend that left her and she wants

her revenge.  Well, I'm already spoken for and as my late girlfriend said

those many years ago "We are into beauty."  I surround myself with

beauty and your stalker of an aunt doesn't qualify.

Looking very much to get protection from the court.  I made my

request this afternoon

p.s.  I was fine in court, but then went to Wegman's Medford

to buy some Salted Carmel Coffee and got dizzy and tired.

It's part of congestive heart failure AND the medications.

Filing frivolous nonsense on a handicapped man one of my

cardiologists warned NRD-Individual 1 and Freaky Fran about.

Unlike Crazy Charlie off of his meds, my writing is my therapy.

Everett Housing Authority is retaliating against me because I do what is right for the seniors here. 

Elder abuse is a crime and there are some at EHA (the Housing Authority) who misbehave and bully elders. 

There's a complaint pending at the MCAD and I have a lawyer for those issues. 

He filed a retaliation complaint on EHA which ignored a cardiologist's request to ease off on the legal issues (paraphrased,)  and filed a truly bizarre "eviction notice" the day after a failed mediation, regarding a tragic individual who needs to be institutionalized,  not disrupting Quiet Enjoyment that is a Massachusetts law for everyone, not just elders. Essentially, 

I was attacked, and have the video, and Housing decided to blame the victim as they take delight and joy in elder abuse.

Legal Defense Fund needed for rent-paying Senior Citizen being sued frivolously by Housing Authority.

Joe Viglione is a 71-year-old elder with congestive heart failure and a broken arm.

 Everett Housing Authority takes his rent money and denies basic services like back 

hall lighting that took months to repair, a shade for the front window, even not allowing 

the handicapped man to have a PCA (Personal Care Assistant) when requested in 2024,

 though a cardiologist later demanded one.


This is a political vendetta by the cousin of the ex-mayor, and her retaliation because Mr. Viglione caught her and her nephew violating the State Ethics law regarding posting political paraphernalia in Senior Housing. When I took her into court via subpoena she committed what I call "perjury via counsel," refused to be truthful with the court, yet the judge knew that I - Joe Viglione - was telling the truth. The Housing Director then went on a path of harassment and elder abuse that is downright chilling, along with her lawyer who has very unclean hands in this fight.


Outraged, she returned fire of the MCAD (Mass Commission Against Discrimination) suit on her and Housing with an eviction lawsuit, frivolous in nature, replete with her lies and her harassment of the victim.


Her lawyer is allegedly keeping the case alive for profit, though a judge on Jan 29, 2026, wanted them to end it. In open court the lawyer with the unclean hands refused, calling Viglione a "terrorist" to another judge in December and demanding sanctions. The judge DENIED the crazed lawyer his outrageous demands on a senior. Viglione is known worldwide as a rock journalist and music producer, but the pen being mightier than the sword, an evil attorney would call a decent man a "terrorist." And that dirty lawyer laughs all the way to the bank at the elder's expense.


Viglione needs money for legal services.


My work was instrumental getting Governor Deval Patrick to remove the uncle of a mayor in Medford from the board of directors of Medford Housing Authority. I fought hard to get the L'Italien Report, hidden from public view, to reveal almost three dozen Medford police officers engaged in wrongful conduct, many on the Brady list. This, of course, made me a folk hero with some of the senior hit, and a mortal enemy of people who betrayed their oath of office. Shame on them. At 71 with congestive heart failure I still fight the good fight. It is not easy. I am asking lawyers, those who help seniors, and John Q Public to help me in these noble causes.   EHA put the next court date on my birthday, May 8 I will be 72. Pure abuse of an elder fighting for senior rights.
