Conflict of Interest: Carlo DeMaria's Cousin Nicole DiPierro,

EX EVERETT MAYOR CARLO DEMARIA CAMPAIGN VIOLATIONS

IN BOSTON GLOBE THIS WEEK, AND POSSIBLE ETHICS VIOLATIONS

When Governor Deval Patrick listened to me that he had

inadvertently appointed the Medford Mayor's uncle to the

board of Medford Housing Authority, all caught on videotape

by yours truly, Deval Patrick appointed Sean Caron to replace

the now late Uncle Gene.  By the way, Uncle Gene and I got

along very well, I consider it ex mayor McGlynn (allegedly) abusing his uncle.

It was nothing personal, it was about helping senior citizens be

free from then-City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley and McGlynn abusing their

authority.  No allegedly necessary.

 Patrick also replaced his appointment to the authority's commission Eugene McGillicuddy 

with Sean Caron. McGillicuddy is related to McGlynn through marriage, 

he said during a housing meeting in April after being asked 

about his relationship to McGlynn by 

Medford resident and videographer Joseph Viglione.

This week's revelations that Carlo DeMaria

accepted (allegedly) illegal campaign violations

is an indication that "the family business," is

far more corrupt than anyone imagined, and

makes the removal of Councilor DiPierro from

politics, and his elder-abusing aunt, Nicole 
DiPierro, all the more imperative. 

MAKE NO MISTAKE, AFTER 18 YEARS 

AND CARLO DEMARIA THROWN OUT BY

THE VOTERS, DEMARIA IS CONTINUING

TO TRY TO INFLUENCE THE CITY, AND

HE ALLEGEDLY IS USING BOTH OF HIS

COUSINS TO DO SO.

In my lawsuit against Housing, which Nicole

DiPierro allegedly maliciously moved to my

birthday May 8 again (this minority, handicapped

elder will be 72) I have powerful information

for the court against DiPierro and her attorney

with the unclean hands, Fran LaRovere.

I also allege that the tag-team of LaRovere

and DiPierro harm other elders, based on

information and belief, and I have received

information from a judge how to proceed on

filing complaints on them,.  I have held off 

on filing ALL the complaints as I want to 

ensure the case is iron clad.  DiPierro,
DiPierro and LaRovere need to go.

The Court(s) and Mr. LaRovere will have

my filing soon, and it is pure dynamite.

What I allege Ms. DiPierro, Mr. LaRovere

and another attorney are doing to elders

in Everett will make your hair stand on end.

Medford ex Solicitor Mark E Rumley once

said to me "No one would do this (work)

for themselves, you are helping the entire

community."  (Paraphrased)

And when I won, Det John McLean called

me to say "You won. You won, and the

community is better off for it."

Indeed, Medford was. 

 EXHIBIT A below is Nicole DiPierro, Housing Supervisor,

permanently banning her nephew, Ward 3 Councilor Anthony

DiPierro, from ever having a party, a permanent ban, at

21 Whittier Drive, on Housing Property, because he posted

materials there.    The problem is that Ms. DiPierro's letter

is dated October 23, 2023, and I had alerted her that the

malfeasance continued up to Nov. 4th with the election on

November 7, 2023.  Nicole was aware and allowed her nephew

to continue his wrongful conduct, I allege.

Four companies made illegal donations to former Everett Carlo DeMaria's campaign, one of them being United Properties. UP "faced the largest penalties of the four. 5 employees each contributed $500 that they were reimbursed for between September and October 2023."

FYI, United Properties donated $1,000 to the Keep Malden Affordable committee, chaired by Spadafora.

Elder abuse is a crime in Massachusetts

and with the family shenanigans between

DeMaria/DiPierro/DiPierro with the guidance

of Atty LaRovere, the most vulnerable 

members of our senior community are at

as high risk of abuse as the doctors say

my heart is in the danger zone.  

This elder abuse and cronyism that

serves the alleged exploitation of seniors 

the current Administration should put a 

stop to.   We need a tenant to be on the

Housing Board of Commissioners. I have

the experience and the determination,

despite my illness. Or maybe because of.

At the very least, the salaries (see below)

of Housing are bloated and harmful to the

elder community.  The broken steps in 

front of Housing's office at 393 Ferry St.

are a disgrace, an eyesore in our community,

and very dangerous for seniors like myself

when we go and pay our rent.  

It is irresponsible to have broken steps

inhibiting elders from paying their rent

safely, though Ms. DiPierro gets $75,200.00

and does not do her job, in my opinion.

Once I am ready to make public

my court filings on these public officials

that I believe are de facto nurses and helpers

when it comes to the elder community,

I am certain that the Administration and

the community will thank me for my efforts

and we will have a Housing Authority free

and clear from its persistent and ugly abuse

of the elder community, starting with Ms. DiPierro,

who I allege is the chief architect of that abuse.
