The Everett Housing Authority (EHA), located in Everett, Washington, is currently led by Sarah Smith, who assumed the role of Executive Director on November 1, 2025.

Leadership: Sarah Smith
Sarah Smith was Sarah Smith Selected as New Executive Director of Everett Housing Authority to succeed Mary Swenson Appointed as New Executive Director of Everett Housing Authority, who transitioned from the role in late 2025. Smith brought over 12 years of leadership experience to the position, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer/Deputy Executive Director at the Fort Wayne Housing Authority and in leadership roles at the Seattle Housing Authority.
The EHA Board of Commissioners Everett Housing Authority Welcomes New Executive Director to Continue Leading Ambitious Strategic Plan emphasized her commitment to resident services and community growth as key to advancing the agency's 5-year strategic plan.
