Hello EHA:
Attached please find 2 photos from the hallway, which is pitch black.
Public safety is an issue here.
My iPhone adjusted so that you can see the hallway, but we do not
walk down the steps with a lighted phone.
Not having lighting in the hall is:
a)A safety hazard in case of fire
b)Not good for a man with congestive heart failure and a broken arm
I have to be careful walking.
c)Unacceptable when rents are raised and services are denied.
This is one of the reasons I am asking for an order of protection from
the courts against Nicole R. DiPierro.
She doesn't do her job. Do you realize the 393 Ferry Street front
steps were broken and until my photos were published, we seniors
had a hard time going to the front office to pay the rent.
Ms. DiPierro, with alleged perjury, is asking the court to restrain my
First Amendment right to take photos and clean up what is wrong -
my freedom of the press rights - and yours - to protect the
seniors. She commits alleged perjury claiming, falsely, to the Court
that she is being stalked by someone paying rent and taking a photo
of broken steps. The judge DENIED the late Bob Bailot a restraining
order (but gave one to me against Bailot) for asking for an order of
protection for me "defaming his truck." Both the judge and I were
incredulous at the stupidity. Nicole, being a Public Figure and a
person paid $75,200.00, should have our lights on, not have my
back hall lights out for months.
A Housing Supervisor not wanting a tenant taking photographs
of broken steps as it interferes with her livlihood? That she might
get fired for cause with her embattled cousin all over the news as
he is being investigated (so too should his nepotism.)
Public Figures who do not do their job need to be held up to
scrutiny, and no lighting tonight at 7 and 3 Whittier means that
Nicole is not driving around to see that elders are OK. She
spends her time in my hallway screaming and yelling her head
off like a crazed banshee. My photographs are evidence that
DiPierro does not do her job and should be fired for cause.
I will be taking this issue and photos to court to show Ms. DiPierro's
negligence and why she is fearful of photos of her inability to do
her job as Housing Supervisor.
At 7 PM tonight going to the gym, and 10 PM coming home from
the gym, there was no lighting. I could only do 1/5th of a mile on
the treadmill, slowly, due to my health issues. 2 years ago I was
doing 2 miles on the treadmill. Of course stress when some
middle-aged woman is stalking you - a cardiologist told me -
could have been the cause of the heart issue.
Based on information (from the hospital) and belief I think
it is.
Please fix the lights. It took 3 months to fix my back hall lighting
and clean the mess at the bottom of the stairwell that was there
more than 4 years ago, before I moved in.
My rent is high, my services denied me. It took months to get
a simple window shade.
Respectfully,
Joe Viglione
