Dear Inspector General Jeffrey Shapiro:
Are you aware that Everett ex-mayor Carlo DeMaria generously provides
for his unethical cousins, Nicole DiPierro, Supervisor at Everett Housing Authority,
and her nephew Ward III city councilor Anthony DiPierro who had to resign years
ago due to his racism, and is now permenantly barred from having political parties
at 21 Whittier Dr. due to his unethical postings of political paraphernailia?
When I investigated Medford Housing Authority over a decade ago,
this local reporter found that ex Mayor McGlynn had Governor Deval Patrick
appoint his uncle, the late Gene McGuillicuddy, to the Board of Medford Housing.
I alerted the Governor's office to this and Deval Patrick removed uncle Gene,
a fellow I knew from the Medford local access TV station.
Nicole DiPierro's salary is outrageous, and on the advice of HUD I filed
with the Mass. Commission Against Discrimination on her Feb 14, 2025.
A retaliarion complaint is pending as well as my initial complaint on her
for elder abuse.

putting the seniors here at risk.
Nicole DiPierro - Carlo DeMaria's cousin, allowed it. She mocks me,
screams and yells in my building at me (no Quiet Enjoyment,) despises
me because I am the one who forced her to ban her own nephew.
It is the family business. Carlo DeMaria uses family members as his
team. They are all complicit.
