Can you believe this? April 3, 2026, malicious destruction of an expensive musical instrument.
"Sharon" puts her purse, her phone, her coat, her personal belongings on a musical instrument.
She doesn't give a damn about the property belonging to all residents, because she kisses the ass of Shelby Perrault, has lunch with Shelby, and Shelby plays favorites, Bill Penney, Sharon, violent Charles Censullo, the late and very violent Bob Bailot, Shelby refuses to listen to reason, to logic, because she is lazy.
The result: Her pet "Sharon" has poured water on top of an expensive musical instrument that belongs to everyone.

Billy Penney's radio and Sharon's plants and water and purse and telephone and coat, she thinks the piano is her own personal closet and that everyone wants to see her coloring and puzzles, all the other tenants be damned. Sharon is a very mean, malicious person and treats me, the piano player, like I'm an outcast, it must be a homosexual thing, she's so jealous.
But think about an ignorant, negligent woman ruining a piano that Steve Kergo paid to have tuned. It's disgusting, and that Nicole DiPierro didn't stop it, and that Shelby Perrault allowed it to happen, means that DiPierro and Perrault should be fired for cause.

Hello Executive Director and Mr. Daniel, and City Council:
Tonight as I went to play the piano at 21 Whittier Drive I
was horrified to find a cup of water atop the piano next to
a radio. If water spills over, shorts radio, a fire could possibly
happen. Water and electronics. Brilliant. Not.
A woman named Sharon abuses the piano by putting her phone,
her purse, her coat and personal belongings all over the musical
instrument there for the use of all the tenants.
As I moved the plant to its own table I was horrified to see the
water damage that has occurred on that beautiful instrument.
Mystic Valley Elder Services supposed to be good stewards
of this room for all the tenants. They have failed.
Nicole DiPierro, Housing Supervisor, has failed to police the room.
Sharon is a vindictive person that four women have complained to
me about. In fact, I complained 2 years ago to Shelby Perrault when
Patty and Sharon were bothering people during their first puzzle phase.
Ms. Perrault has enabled these selfish individuals, ignorant in how to
care for an expensive musical instrument.

Steven Kergo had tuned up the piano for all of us when I was asked
to perform by Mystic Valley Elder... which I volunteered for over a 2 year periiiod
facing violent hostility from Charles Censullo and sexual harassment from
the late Robert L. Bailot Sr. Mr. Censullo, the poor fellow, appears to suffer
from mental illness, allegedly, Not his fault, but why are we subjected to
his madness on almost a daily basis? Especially in the laundry room and
community room???
Shelby Perrault is in over her head and her pet tenants "Wreak havoc" -
they - the late Bailot, Censullo, Sharon and Penney, cause great damage, destruction,
or severe disorder. We have the footage of Bailot smashing a vase and covering
the piano with tables and chairs; Charles Censullo waving a dangerous huge
American flag. I have these videos, along with ex city councilor Nick Saia
removing an MVES party poster from the laundry room and unethically posting
an Anthony DiPierro mugshot above the clothes washers.
If this were Neiborhood PACE, Sharon would be permanently banned for ruining a musical
instrument. Has water trickled down onto the felt piano hammers? Probably,
the keys felt weird tonight, I had to stop playing.
Neighborhood PACE has us sign an agreement to be civil. Shelby Perrault
absolutely refused to implement this public safety idea, in a shrill voice
loudly saying to me on March 13 2026 "WE'RE NOT PACE."
SHELBY has a silly posting on the bulletin board on how to be nice.
Her tenants that she dotes over are malicious, rude and keep people
out of the room.
Even if Sharon put newspaper or plastic on the instrument you cannot put water on a piano.
My God if I did this Nicole DiPierro would have her screaming and yelling
fit, but these "pets" of Shelby's get away with destroying something meant
for all the tenants.
This is not Sharon's furniture, even though Bill Penney and Sharon have
the combination to Pastor Ed's bureau. Their paintings are all over the place,
it looks like hell, all crowded and cheap. But they want to have it as their
own personal art gallery at everyone else's expense.
This is so wrong, Mr. Daniel, and I warned you about this.
Mr Daniel called me relentlessly about someone else's pumpkins and
an air conditioner. Maybe if Mr. Daniel did his job regarding people
stenciling windows without permission or pouring water on a piano,
he might earn his paycheck.
Help. This is so wrong.
