Greetings:
This is a complaint to HUD regarding Everett Housing Authority, and a complaint to the Division of
Public Charities at the Attorney General's office on Mystic Valley Elder Services. Both entities are

working with each other endangering the safety and the lives of the elder community in Everett.
1)The front steps in front of Everett Housing 393 Ferry St. Everett are a shambles. This is where
senior tenants pay their rent. With congestive heart failure I had to walk around the long way,
the cold was creating difficulties with my heart. Photos were taken in February and March 2026.
2)Hostile Atmosphere at 21 Whittier. I have photographs and film of an allegedly insane person
waving an American flag, hurling vulgarities, yet Housing Supervisor Nicole DiPierro is malicious
and blames the victims of that person's behavior;' another elder abuser died on February 25, 2026,
we have photographs of him moving furniture around to block the piano -
He smashed a vase, and was usually drunk and extremely violent. DIPierro allowed the wrongful conduct allegedly due to the individual being friends with her cousin, the mayor, and her nephew, a city councilor.

on or about April 3, 2026 - malicious destruction of a valuable musical instrument. Pianos refurbished
start at $1,000.00 and Housing may have paid hundreds to tune the instrument; due to the negligence
of Nicole DiPierro, Housing Supervisor, and Shelby Perrault, resident services coordinator, a hostile
woman with multiple complaints from tenants puts her purse, telephone, coat and flowers on top
of the piano using it like a bureau. She and an accomplice have hijacked Pastor Ed's bureau and
keep it locked, keeping their personal belongings there as if they own the room. Their volatility
and the enabling by Perrault and DiPierro, make them feel like it is their own personal space, to
the detriment of the elder community.

They have destroyed the top of the piano and their hostility keeps tenants away. It is a ghost town with rumor that only 6 people showed up at a Mystic Valley
Elder lecture. At one lecture a nurse started off by saying "Everyone is depressed" to a room full of seniors. This writer corrected her, the brainwashing of elder people who listen to people in authority. She responded by saying "85 percent of the people are depressed." Unbelievable.

The woman is actually on camera praising my work for the community.
3)A letter from Ms. DiPierro banning her city councilor nephew, Anthony DiPierro (yes, the individual
who had to resign for his racist comments) bans him permanently from the room's opportunity to have
political parties. DiPierro and Perrault failed to stop Anthony from unethically putting his political
paraphernaila in the laundry room and in the community room. It was my camera and the surveillance
camera that caught DiPierro in the act. Make no mistake, Nicole DiPierro was warned, by this writer,
that the malfeasance continued after her 10/23/23 letter, but Ms. DiPierro ignored my warnings and
was, in fact, complicit in her nephew's wrongful conduct.
4)When I offered multiple solutions to Perrault over the past 4 years, Perrault designated me as
the volunteer piano player, in defiance and in a shrill voice on or about March 13, 2026 Perrault
raised her voice to me and said 'WE'RE NOT PACE." About 2 years back Perrault asked me if
I was having sex with my Personal Care Assistant, in an ugly, joking manner. I did not respond
to her sexual harassment, though I will respond to her alleged perjury in the proper venue.
See Ms. Perrault's defiant note talking about people rolling eyes (Shelby rolled her eyes in my
presence when Charles Censullo was calling her vulgarities, do as we say not as we do,)
and a slap that I take personally about no one offering solutiones. Fact is I have multiple
solutions, most likely in emails, but Ms. Perrault seems to be allergic to work and allows some
very bad people to engage viciously endangering the seniors.
The best solution if for the Attorney General's office to stip Mystic Valley Elder Services of its
501(c)(3) and for HUD to remove the bad element at Everett Housing Authority. This is a serious
and urgent matter as lives are at risk. Four individuals have died at Whittier Drive in the past
eight months, we are talking about the most vulnerable community members in the twilight of
their lives facing this serious elder abuse from the wolves in sheep's clothing: Housing and
Mystic Valley Elder Services.
I am not a lawyer.
Mr. Jean Daniel, Housing Coordinator at Everett Housing Authority, has not seriously taken the complaints
regarding the tenant community room at 21 Whittier Drive.
These individuals feel that they are omnipotent and I submit and alleged that they engage in
severe and egregious elder abuse, a crime in Massachusetts.
I respectfully request immediate help on this matter Having a Housing Supervisor, Ms. DiPierro,
coming to my building with no 24 hour warning and shrieking and frightening me, abusing her
position of authority because of her relationship to embattled and disgraced ex mayor of Everett,
Carlo DeMaria, is beyond uncoming. It is elder abuse and a cardiologist agreed with me, abuse

HUD advised me to go file with the MCAD, which I did on Feb 14, 2025. That case is pending
and a Retaliation complaint has been filed on Housing after they retaliated the day after a
failed mediation.
