No One Feels Welcome at 21 Whittier Community Room Under Shelby Perrault's Hostile Environment and Negligence

 Under the Mismanagement of Shelby Perrault and the Housing Supervisor Nicole DiPierro

Read the hypocrisy from Mystic Valley Elder Services with the ridiculous signage created by Shelby Perrault as if she is teaching a third grade class.  No, we are elders and we are abused by Shelby's cronyism AND her cronies.  It is so wrong. 

1)Anthony DiPierro unethically promoted himself on Housing Property in 2023 and was Banned.

Shelby Perrault and Anthony's aunt, Nicole, allowed it to happen.

2)Charles Censullo, allegedly off of his meds, called the alleged Resident Coordinator the "c" word, "mother blanker" and worse. Singing "God Bless America" at 6 in the morning, Mr. Censullo has allegedly been banned from multiple stores, but Ms. Perrault allows the violent man into 21 Whittier. 

4 Women have complained to me about vindictive Sharon, one of Ms. Perrault's pets.  Men and women have laughed behind Sharon's back calling her the "B' word (rhymes with witch) and "the silver haired munchkin."  So much for Ms. Perrault lecturing elders with the ridiculous sign above.  Shelby Perrault needs to practice what she preaches, but she hurts many, many elders who want to use the laundry room or the TV.

 

You are faced with puzzle-mania and coloring by two individuals, not the 120 apartments here. 

 

Jean Daniel, Housing Coordinator, has done nothing, though I have filed GRIEVANCES

The monopolization of 21 Whittier by very mean people who smoke cigarettes all day and control the room by their very creepy "eminent domain" must be banned from the room.  

 

A FINAL NOTE 

Ms Perrault falsely states "Complaining constantly without solutions."

Here are my solutions:

Ms. Perrault and Nicole DiPierro were issued subpoenas to go to court

and give evidence to a judge.  They both committed what I call "perjury

via counsel."  Their lawyers lied to the judge for them.

Shelby and Nicole are phonies and they are as thick as thieves.

Solution:

1)As stated before, copy Neighborhood Pace and have each tenant

sign an agreement to be civil.

It's not acceptable to Shelby, this solution that works at another elder services organization,

because Charles Censullo, Sharon, the late Bob Bailot, they enjoy being mean, and 

Shelby Perrault - as with all the bad reviews of Mystic valley Elder on Yelp and Glassdoor.com,

has no intention of having a peaceful environment for elders.

I submit that Ms. Perrault is guilty of elder abuse for her hypocrisy and

taunting us with a stupid poster that laughs at the seniors attempting to make

21 Whittier A better Place.   Like playing piano for free.

2)Since Nicole DiPierro, Ward 3 Councilor Anthony DiPierro and Mystic Valley Elder

and Ms. Perrault have failed, the solution is to fire them for cause.

We can do much better.  I have tons of solutions

Shelby is so tone deaf and arrogant things won't change

She is laughing at you, spitting at elders, and asking me if
I have sex with my personal care assistant.  Now that is harassment

and, Clarence Thomas, it is so very wrong.

Shelby cracking a joke of a sexual nature would

be fired anywhere else.  MVES has such low standards.
Protective Services?  It's a crock, you are on your

own, and the Elder Services are actually the Elder Abusers.

Being a woman, Shelby reduces herself to the

sexual harasser Bob Bailot mentality, and refusing

to testify in court, having her attorney lie for he,

is pure elder abuse and coddling the harasser, Bailot.
