As outlined by the Everett Housing Authority, the agency is dedicated to:

Role of the Executive Director

The Executive Director leads the EHA's operations, reporting to a five-person Board of Commissioners. Key responsibilities related to the mission include: 

• Management: Overseeing over 1,000 housing units and vouchers, including state-aided public housing and federal Housing Choice Vouchers.
• Compliance: Monitoring and enforcing compliance with internal policies, such as the Reasonable Accommodation Policy, and federal/state regulations.
• Community Relations: Creating positive public awareness and expanding community support to accomplish the EHA's goals.
• Staff Leadership: Developing employees to ensure an efficient and high-performing organization. 

As of early 2026, the Everett Housing Authority has been actively seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Executive Director to continue these efforts.
