I'm filing a Moral Turpitude complaint on Nicole, a Mystic Valley Elder employee and on Anthony DiPierro

Anthony DiPierro is the nephew of Nicole DiPierro and both are cousins to Carlo DeMaria.

I'm filing a Moral Turpitude complaint on Nicole, a Mystic Valley Elder employee and with Anthony DiPierro : Perjury is universally recognized as a crime involving moral turpitude (CIMT) because it inherently involves intentional dishonesty, deceit, and a breach of public trust. When a Public Housing Director—or any official in a Public Housing Authority (PHA)—engages in perjury or submits intentionally falsified official records, it carries severe legal, professional, and immigration consequences. Perjury as a Crime Involving Moral Turpitude
Intentional Deceit: A CIMT is defined as an act of baseness or depravity that violates a person's duty to society. Because perjury requires a person to knowingly lie under oath or deliberately falsify certified documents, courts consistently classify it as a crime of moral turpitude.
Impeachment of Character: A conviction heavily damages an individual's credibility, making it highly unlikely they can hold a position of public trust or maintain professional licensure.
Implications for a Public Housing Director
A Public Housing Director is bound by strict federal, state, and local ethics guidelines. If a director commits perjury or falsifies housing records, the fallout typically involves:
Federal and State Prosecution: Falsifying budgets, tenant certification data, or grant applications to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) can trigger felony charges. For example, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts historically prosecuted housing authority executives who electronically submitted fraudulent salary budgets to state and federal agencies.
Immediate Termination & Debarment: Housing boards can terminate the director for cause. Furthermore, under HUD regulations, individuals who submit false certifications face immediate Limited Denials of Participation (LDP) and long-term exclusion from federal housing programs.
Severe Penalties: Perjury convictions generally carry heavy fines and multi-year prison sentences depending on whether the charge is brought under state law or federal statutes like 18 U.S.C. Title 18.
General Consequences of a CIMT Conviction
Immigration Status: For noncitizens, a conviction for a CIMT like perjury can trigger immediate grounds for deportability or render an applicant inadmissible to the United States.
Employment Disqualification: Most public sector and government jobs strictly prohibit hiring individuals with a CIMT record on their criminal background checks
